Anima–July Sad News (C1658-Reeta)!

<28-07-2017> C1658-Reeta (F), around one month old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2017, after a call from Ms. Chio reporting that a kitten was found in Jardim de Luís de Camões and she seems injured. C1658-Reeta was checked and dewormed. She had upper respiratory tract infection with nasal and ocular discharge. She was fostered by our staff Ronaldo temporarily as she needed milk feeding. Unfortunately she passed away this afternoon, and the cause of death is severe upper respiratory tract infection. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–July Sad News (SPPC1613-Abela)!

<28-07-2017> SPPC1613-Abela (F) and SPPC1614-Ada (F), both around three months old, were under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 26th June 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa. SPPC1613-Abela was checked in our clinic on 25th July. Her stool was found with giardiasis and also some roundworms eggs. Her condition was getting worse in the next day and she had been under dripping since that. SPPC1613-Abela passed away this afternoon. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! <28-07-2017> C1681-Bonnie (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 28th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Mak reporting that an injured cat was found in the building of Edf. Yau San. Anima–July Rescue and Sad News (C1680-Skettle)!

<28-07-2017> C1680-Skettle (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima already dead on 28th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Lam reporting that a cat was found dying in  Bairro da Concordia and it seems he was poisoned. C1680-Skettle was vomiting foam and he passed away before we arrived. The body was checked by our vet, we suspected that he ate poisonous food, insecticides, or a dead rat that ate rat poison. No wounds or bruises were found. The body will be delivered to Macau Kennel. R.I.P. my friend! Thanks Ms. Lam! Please help us to help them! All animals have rights! Anima–Temporary accommodation (C1081-Chibi)!

<27-07-2017> C1081-Chibi (F) was rescued by Anima on 4th December 2015, after a call from Ms. Patrícia reporting that C1081-Chibi, a two months old kitten, was found in Estrada do Repouso the night before. Her eyes were inflamed, especially the left one, he had upper respiratory problems, nasal discharge, apathy, fever, was skinny, dehydrated and very dirty with a lot of fleas. Chibi was adopted by Mauro on 24th December 2015! Now she came temporarily for 26 days as the family is going out! During the first year of adoption every 15 days accommodation in Anima is free! Anima-July Sad News (156-Lex)!

<27-07-2017> 156-Lex (M), around twelve years old now, passed away this afternoon in the clinic. Lex was found acting restless, pacing and laying around at the same time, vomited and breathing irregularly. He was sent to a clinic immediately for further examination. The vet found that his stomach and spleen were rotated. A surgery was performed but unfortunately Lex couldn’t make it. He died one hour after the surgery. Lex was one of our eldest dogs that had stayed with us for so long. He was quiet but friendly and always wanted to be pet. We will miss you! R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! <27-07-2017> SPPC1436-Cally (F), on the time with an estimated age of one year old, together with SPPC1437-Calla (F), on the time with an estimated age of nine months old, were under our Special Protection Program (SPP) and rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 27th February 2017, somewhere in Taipa. They were dewormed, received the 1st vaccination and returned to their former place after body check. Today SPPC1437-Calla was brought back to Anima. She is staying with us temporarily now. July Rescue and IACM Cooperation (C1676-C1679)!

<27-07-2017> C1676-Lynn (M), around three years old, C1677-Levis (M) and C1678-Lenny (M), both around two years old, C1679-Lillie (F), around one year old, were rescued by Anima on 27th July 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats in the kennel as they need that space for more rescues. They were all neutered and vaccinated by IACM. They were delivered to Anima Cat’s Paradise and they stay in our free area now.
