Anima–February Sad News (2364-Sprite Wok)!

<11-02-2026> 2364-Sprite Wok (M), around nine years old back then, was rescued by Anima on 11th May 2021, after a call from a person reporting that he adopted a greyhound, Sprite Wok, in Canidrome' s Adoption Day in 2018.Unfortunately, the family could not stay with him anymore, due to many personal reasons and 2364-Sprite Wok was welcome to our Dogs’ Shelter! Recently, he got sick with difficult on breathing properly and went to a vet clinic.According with the vet, he might have an advanced stage of cancer and it would not be easy to recover.Unfortunately, 2364-Sprite Wok passed away today! <19-01-2026> C2713-Bobbie (F), around seven years old now, was rescued by Anima on 8th May 2022, after being found wandering on the roadside, outside the cat park.She was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise.C2713-Bobbie had heart, joints and kidney’s problems in the past.Recently, she was hospitalised due to an inflammation, anemia and vestibular sindrome.Unfortunately, she passed away today. Anima–November Sad News (SPP819-Gorgor)!

<25-11-2025> SPP819-Gorgor, one of our male senior dogs has been in Anima upon his rescue from boat area.Recently, he was found weak, due to a spleen tumor, liver and kidney problems.Unfortunately, his health worsened.Besides all medical efforts, SPP819-Gorgor passed away today. <24-10-2025> Eleven cats, C2529-Pringles (M), two and a half months old, C2530-Tamas (M) and C2531-Tamaya (F), both three and a half months old, C2532-Manford (M), around two years old, C2533-Marino (M), around five months old, C2534-Manson (M), around three years old, C2535-Melvin (M), around one year old, C2536-Gusta (F), around two years old, C2537-Kristy (F), around one year old, C2538-Krystal (F), around two years old and C2539-Kimama (F), around three years old back previously, were rescued by Anima on 26th February 2021, from Macau Kennel as they were full.All were welcome to our Cats’ Paradise.Lately, C2530-Tamas was hospitalised due to his kidney disease (CKD) already at stage four.Unfortunately, he passed away today. Anima–September Sad News (C2747-Ar Gwai)!

<29-09-2025> C2747-Ar Gwai (F), around two years old back then, was rescued by Anima on 29th August 2022, after a message from Ms. Chan referring that they caught a black female cat "Ar Gwai" at the motorcycle parking near San Miu supermarket, in Taipa, one year ago. The female cat, Ar Gwai later gave birth to two kittens.All of them were adopted, but Ar Gwai was returned later and lived with volunteers.Ms. Chan asked us help.C2747-Ar Gwai was welcome to our Cats’Paradise.Recently, Ar Gwai was sent to a clinic for consultation as she was weak.According to the vet, she had a huge inflamation, kidney problems and jaundice.C2747-Ar Gwai needed to stay hospitalised for steroids treatment.Besides all medical efforts, her health got wrost.Unfortunately, she passed away today. <18-09-2025> C1800-Samuel (M), C1801-Aldon (M), C1802-Levis (M), C1803-Swiss (F) and C1804-Dailey (F), were rescued by Anima on 11th December 2017, after a call from IAM reporting that they did not have enough space for more cats.They were all desexed by IAM.All of them were welcome to our Cats’Paradise.Recently, C1801-Aldon was sent to a clinic for consultation as he was not well and weak.According to the vet, Aldon had kidney problems, medium anemia and jaundice.Aldon needed to stay hospitalised for IV treatment.Besides all medical efforts, his health got wrost.Unfortunately, he passed away today.
