Anima–March Rescue (C1867-Hiran)!

<21-03-2018> C1867-Hiran (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 21st March 2018, after a call from Mr. Ao reporting that a cat C1867-Hiran was found on the air conditioner unit of a shop below his apartment yesterday. He suspected C1867-Hiran has fallen down from a building and got injured. Mr. Ao was able to rescue him and then contacted us for help. C1867-Hiran was collected and checked by us. He has no fracture but the skin of both hind legs were severely scalded. He has difficulty in walking and standing as the muscles cannot be stretched. We have to clean his wound and skin every day. Anima–March Rescue (C1866-Nemo)!

<21-03-2018> C1866-Nemo (M), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 21st March 2018, after a call from Ms. Lei reporting that a kitten C1866-Nemo has fallen down from a building near Cafe Amagao at Rua Ho Lin Vong. Some blood came out from C1866-Nemo’s anus, nose and mouth. C1866-Nemo was sent to a clinic immediately. C1866-Nemo has severe upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. He has nasal discharge and some blood came out when sneezing. After  medication, he was delivered to Cats’ Paradise for treatment and quarantine. Thanks Ms. Lei! Please help us to help them! March Temporary Accommodation (C1672-Hayden)!

<20-03-2018> C1672-Hayden is now accommodated in Anima for five days until 24th March 2018 as the family is going on vacation. C1672-Hayden (M), C1673-Hector (M) and C1674-Heath (M), were rescued by Anima on 25th July 2017 when all were around one month old, after a call from Ms. Kan reporting that four kittens were trapped in the trail of Small Taipa. C1672-Hayden was adopted on 8th March 2018 by Mr. Lai. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates provided we have enough space. For dogs, 70 patacas per day and for cats 40 patacas per day. In case of members, the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 600). This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates provided we have enough space. For dogs, 70 patacas per day and for cats 40 patacas per day. In case of members, the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 600). Who has adopted one animal from Anima does not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! Anima–March Rescue (C1865-Mylan)!

<18-03-2018> C1865-Mylan (M), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 18th March 2018, after a call from Mr. Choi reporting that a kitten C1865-Mylan was found in the car park of Edf. Loc Fu Court and was injured. C1865-Mylan has rectal prolapse and was sent to a clinic immediately. A surgery was performed to put back the rectum and to put one suture on the anus. The suture can be taken out after five days. C1865-Mylan was returned to Cats’ Paradise after the surgery. Thanks Mr. Choi! Please help us to help them! <18-03-2018> C1864-Tomo (M), around five years old, was rescued by Anima on 18th March 2018, after a call from Ms. Ieong reporting that a cat C1864-Tomo was found on the approach span of Amizade Bridge this morning. She collected the cat and brought to Cats’ Paradise. C1864-Tomo was checked by us. He had two wounds on both left and right hind legs, some minor cuts under the right eye and on the right front leg. <17-03-2018> 2012-Mia (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 17th March 2018 during our daily feeding and was already dead. Escola Luso Chinesa Técnico-Profissional visited us!

<17-03-2018> Today, 45 people visited us, 17 of them were from Escola Luso Chinesa Técnico-Profissional that came to our Cats’ Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2017, we had 9,251 visitors an increase of 23% as compared with 7,519 in 2016! 137 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us. We were in 34 events organized by friends or by us! This year, up to February 2018, Anima received 927 visitors, ten groups of schools, companies and associations and we have been out in two events! Anima–March Adoption (C1737-Antal)!

<17-03-2018> Antal was adopted by Mr. Leong on 17th March 2018! Five kittens, C1737-Antal (M), C1734-Alta (F), C1735-Amata (F), C1736-Amicus (M) and C1733-Asia (F) , were rescued by Anima on 24th October 2017 when all were around three months old. They were brought to Cats’ Paradise by Ms. Ofélia and Ms. Siedy. According to Ms. Ofélia the cats were found in Choc Van. They managed to give away one kitten for adoption and they asked our help for the rest. All of the cats were checked by us and dewormed. C1737-Antal has stayed with us and was now adopted.
