Anima–August Rescue (SPP1476-Orson)!

SPP1476-Orson (M, 7yrs old) is leaving in a construction site in Coloane, and is taken cake by a staff working there. Recently the staff observed the Orson was not eating and was getting skinny. He called Anima for help. We sent Orson to the vet clinic for check-up, the result showed Orson have swollen spleen, foreign object in stomach which suspected as some bones. Orson needed to stay overnight at clinic for fasting and for recheck the other day if the foreign object would disappear. If none is seen then suspect spleen swelling due to spleen tumor.
After the recheck on the other day, the foreign object in stomach was excreted and the vet has excluded spleen tumor as the reason of swollen spleen. The vet has done the blood parasitic disease test for Orson, and Orson was tested positive for Elrlichia..
