Anima–June Adoption (C1502-Yakira)!

<11-06-2017> Yakira was adopted by Ms. Chan on 11th June 2017! C1502-Yakira (F) and C1503-Yukio (M), around two weeks old, were rescued by Anima on 23rd April 2017, after a call from Ms. Chau reporting that two kittens, C1502-Yakira and C1503-Yukio, were found in Rua (street) Direita do Hipodromo. She asked us to help. C1502-Yakira and C1503-Yukio were checked by our vet and de-wormed. They were fostered by our Supervisor Zoe temporarily as they need milk. Now Yakira was adopted! Anima–June Adoption (SPPC1545-Jina)!

<10-06-2017> Jina was adopted by Ms. Carla on 10th June 2017! SPPC1474-Janice (F), was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 31st March 2017, with an estimated age of two years old. She was pregnant. She went back to her site, had the kittens and she was back to Anima on 25th May 2017, for general check up and vaccination. Her two kittens, SPPC1545-Jina and SPPC1546-Jessa were also brought in for vaccination and de-worming. They had been under quarantine in Michele’s home and were all delivered to Cat Paradise for adoption on May 25th 2017. Jina was now adopted again! Thanks Ms. Carla! Please help us to help them! <10-06-2017> C1587-Tex (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 10th June 2017, after a call from Mr. Wong, informing that a cat, C1587-Tex (M), was in Fai Chi Kei, Edif. Anima – Anima in Yuet Wah College Carnival!

<10-06-2017> Today, we have received 28 visitors and we have participated in Yuet Wah College Carnival attending around 80 people. Our Vice-President Mr. Billy Chan represented Anima. Thanks for your strong support! Anima has been more and more involved with the community! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to May 2017, Anima received 4,297 visitors, an increase of 31.4% as compared with the same period of last year. 50 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 22%, and we have been in 17 events organized by friends or by us, an increase of 13.3%!   Thank you for trusting us and supporting our work! Anima – Melco Resorts & Entertainment visited us!

<09-06-2017> Today, 29 people visited us, 17 were from Melco Resorts & Entertainment that came to work as volunteers. Thanks for your strong support! More and more visitors come to Anima! Anima-June Transfer to Coloane Kennel (1875-Granny)!

<09-06-2017> Granny was delivered to Coloane Kennel, from Macau Kennel, on 9th June 2017! 1875-Granny (F), was rescued by Anima on the 2nd May 2017, aging around nine years old, after we saw that she was wandering outside the Water Company near Anima. No microchip was found. She had skin problems and hair loss all over the body. 1875-Granny was temporarily delivered to Macau Kennel as we had no space for her, but we have decided that we will collect her as soon as we were capable to reorganize our space, which was not easy! She was for sure abandoned and that area was very dangerous for any dog being free, as Altinho de Ka Ho is a serious killer road! Anima–June Rescue (C1588-Isaac)!

<09-06-2017> C1588-Isaac (M), around one week old, was rescued by Anima on the 9th June 2017, after a call from Mr. Fok reporting that Isaac was found in Rua de São Tiago da Barra. No other cats were found. He delivered C1588-Isaac to Cat’s Paradise and asked for help. Our assistant supervisor Ms. Peng will be fostering C1588-Issac as he needs milk feeding. Anima– June Rescue (SPPC1413-Lancelot)!

<09-06-2017> SPPC1413-Lancelot (M), with an estimated age of four years old, entered in our Special Protection Program when was rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 1st February 2017, somewhere in Taipa. He was de-wormed and castrated by our vet on 1st February 2017 and then returned to his former place after medication prescribed. He was rescued again on 19th May 2017 when was brought to Anima for consultation as he was skinny. He was delivered back and come again on 9th June 2017, due to diarrhea. <09-06-2017> C1585-Ajai (M), around 2 years old, was rescued by Anima on the 9th June 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for him as they need to save other cats! Anima and IACM are cooperating in order to save as many animals as possible! He was castrated, microchip and vaccinated by IACM. <08-06-2017> Arika was adopted by Ms. Fong on 8th June 2017! C1513-Arika (F), was rescued by Anima on the 4th May 2017, being around three months old, after a call from Ms. Wong, reporting that her friend's cat gave birth and she adopted a kitten from her, C1513-Arika, but she travels a lot and she has no one to take care of Arika.
