Anima-Return and Abandonment (SPPC1293, SPPC1294)!

<11-12-2016> SPPC1292-Ava (F), SPPC1293-Homer (M) and SPPC1294-Pigeon (F), were rescued by Anima through Michele with an estimated age of five months old, on 24th September 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Ava had upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. She was sneezing, the right eye lid was reddish and inflamed. She was under medication. Homer and Pigeon were healthy and stayed with us for adoption. Homer and Pigeon were adopted on 1st December 2016. However, they were returned today as the adopter said they were always fighting with each other, especially during midnight, which caused a lot of noise and their neighbours were complaining. There is a probation period for all animals and adopters of 15 days! We want a perfect «marriage» between animal and owner! Please adopt and never buy! An adoption is a serious decision! Anima-December Temporary Accommodation (687-Rex)!

<11-12-2016> 687-Rex is now accommodated in Anima for 15 days, until 25th December, as the family is going on a vacation. Ms. Ng and the family came several times to Anima to walk Rex, before adopting Rex! Rex was adopted by Ms. Ng on 20th June 2015. Rex was one of our well known dogs, friendly with people, puppies and all dogs. He was one of our ambassadors! We are happy to see Rex again. If you adopt an animal from us you have the privilege to leave your animal in Anima during 15 days free of charge, during the first year of adoption. Never buy, please adopt! Anima–December Rescue and Return to Family (1825-Fish)!

<11-12-2016> 1825-Fish (F), with an estimated age of eight years old, was rescued by Anima on 11th December 2016, after a call from Ms. Loi reporting that a dog was found in Rua da Esperanca, near Tap Seac, with a collar. No microchip was found on her. Afterwards we have received a call from the owner telling that Fish escaped from the house when the door was opened. Fish was returned to the owner already. <11-12-2016> BB was adopted by Mr. Junix on 11th December 2016! 488-BB (M), with an estimated age of nine years old now, was rescued by Anima on 26th May 2009. BB was fostered by Mr. Junix since 2011 and we helped the procedure for immigration as Mr. Junix is leaving Macau, and he decided to take BB with him. We are happy that BB has a good family! Anima–December Rescue (C1353-Hyper)!

<11-12-2016> C1353-Hyper (M), with an estimated age of one year old, was rescued by Anima on 11th December 2016, after a call from Mr. Yung, reporting that a cat was trapped in a rat glue in Rua Dois do Bairro da Areia Preta. Hyper was checked by our vet and dewormed and the hair that had glue was shaved as well. He will be transferred to our Cat Paradise tomorrow. Thanks Mr. Yung! Please help us to help them! Anima–December Rescue (C1352-Super)!

<11-12-2016> C1352-Super (M), with an estimated age of eight years old, was rescued by Anima on 11th December 2016, after a call from Ms. Ng reporting that a friendly cat was abandoned in Barra. Super was sent to a clinic by Ms. Ng as he has gingivitis, stomatitis and dehydration. He was checked by our vet and dewormed. He has an ocular and nasal discharge, breathing is not clear as well. Anima–December Return to Family (1599, 1600, 1823)!

<10-12-2016> 1599-Siu Fa, 1600-Boss and 1823-Sweet Potato, were returned to the family after being accommodated in Anima for 8 days, since 3rd December 2016. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates. For dogs, 50 patacas per day and for cats 30 patacas per day. In case of members the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 360). Who has adopted one animal from Anima do not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! So, this program is also conceived to convince community members to be our members. For a dog, for instance, for a 15 days period, the savings is 750 patacas and for cats 450, enough to pay two annual membership fees in the first case and one and a quarter year of membership fees in case...

<10-12-2016> Wes was adopted by Ms. Filipa on 10th December 2016! 1817-Wes (M), was rescued by Anima on 22nd November 2016, with an estimated age of two months old, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that a puppy was found in a plastic box near Escola S. José de Ka-Ho. There were no other puppies in that area and the adult dogs were mostly neutered. Wes was checked by our vet and dewormed. He was fostered by our Supervisor Zoe temporarily.
