Services provided to our community (1802, 1803)!

<20-09-2016> Anima helped Ms. Ana Ferreira to deliver her dogs, 1802-Amahee (F) and 1803-Meili (F) as she doesn’t have a car. A fee is collected to help the financing of our activities. Some community members that cannot afford do no pay at all. Anima members are exempt! To be a member of Anima you just need to pay an annual fee of MOP 360 if you are an adult or MOP 120 if you are a juvenile! Please help us to help them! Never abandon your pet! Anima – Macau Anglican College Visited Us!

<20-09-2016> Today, 35 people visited us, 27 of them were from Macau Anglican College! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2015, we had 5,768 visitors an increase of 4.7% as compared with 5,511 in 2014! This year, up to August 2016, Anima received 4,703 visitors, an increase of 23.86% as compared with the same period of last year! Anima – September Sad News (C1285-Wellis)!

<20-09-2016> C1285-Wellis (F), three months old, was rescued by Anima on 19th September 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a kitten was found in a street. He sent Wellis to a clinic as she was having a seizure. According to the clinic, Wellis had congenital epilepsy, parasite infection and upper respiratory infection. He brought Wellis home but she suddenly lost control and struck herself on the wall. Mr. Leong had no way to take care of her and asked our help. We sent Wellis to a second clinic and see if we could do anything to help her. According to the second clinic, her congenital epilepsy caused her having seizure every 15 minutes and she was suffering a lot. After discussed with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put her sleep. Last decision belongs always to the President of Anima, and...

<20-09-2016> C1284-Luck (M), three years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th September 2016, after a call from Ms. Lai reporting that a cat was found dying in Av. de Almeida Ribeiro. Luck was sent to a clinic immediately. He was severe dehydrated. He was staying in the clinic for observation and under dripping. We were informed by the clinic that Luck passed away today and the cause of death could be kidney failure. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – September Rescue (B048-Piddo)!

<19-09-2016> B048-Piddo was rescued by Anima on 19th September 2016, after a call from Mr. Peter reporting that he found a pigeon that couldn’t fly in Jockey Club and Piddo’s right wing could not stretch out as well. Anima – September Rescue (B047-Molly)!

<18-09-2016> B047-Molly was rescued by Anima on 18th September 2016, after a call from Ms. Fong reporting that she found a pigeon that couldn’t fly in Rua do Genral Ivens Ferraz. Molly was sent to a clinic immediately. According to the vet, Molly’s right wing was broken and the possibility to fly again is very low even after a surgery. Anima – September New Born (C1283-Mcdull)!

<18-09-2016> C1270-Mei (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 26th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Choi reporting that a cat fell down from a building in Estrada Mei Keng to her balcony and entered her apartment. Mei was collected to Anima. She was checked by our vet and no injury was found on her body. Today one kitten C1283-Mcdull was born by her. Welcome to this world! Please help us to help them!
