Anima- “Face Painting Tour at Anima Shelter”

On 22nd May 2016 (Sunday), Rolling Puppet Theatre will run a Face Painting Tour in Anima headquarters in Coloane, from 2:30 pm to 6 pm! Anima – Suncity Group Visited Us in May!

Today, 57 people visited us, 14 of them were from Suncity Group! 200 bags of dog dry food and 40 bags of cat dry food were donated by them. Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2015, we had 5,768 visitors an increase of 4.7% as compared with 5,511 in 2014! This year, up to April 2016, Anima received 2,598 visitors, an increase of 10.51% as compared with the same period of last year! The number of groups visiting us increased to 22 groups! May Temporary Accommodation (SPP1484-Daxon) !

SPP1484-Daxon and SPP1483-Dax were under Anima Special Protection Program from 26th June 2015, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng reporting that two puppies (on the time around 2.5 months old) were found sick somewhere in Coloane! Daxon was adopted by Giulian on 10th August 2015. Now he is staying with us for 11 days! Thanks Giulian! Please Adopt and never buy! Never abandon your pet! Anima – May Return (SPP1691-Tiger II)!

SPP1691-Tiger II was released on 6th May 2016! SPP1691-TigerII, around four years old, is under our Special Protection Program from 28th March 2016! He was living in a construction site and our rescue team was responsible for him in the area. He was found not eating, getting skinny and with nausea. SPP1691-Tiger II was sent to a clinic for consultation and ran a tick fever test. The test result was positive. SPP1691-Tiger II stayed in Anima up to today when was released in good conditions! Today, nine people visited us, two of them were from Dr. Fan's Veterinary Center! Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! Anima – May Rescue (SPP1648-Languid)!

SPP1648-Languid (M), together with SPP1646-Lambo (M), SPP1647-Laggon (F),  SPP1649-Lafone (F) and SPP1650-Limona (F), on the time around one month old, and the mother, SPP1651-Linna (F), around two years old, were under our Special Protection Program from the 4th of February 2016. They lived in a construction site somewhere in Coloane, and Ms. Yuen was responsible for them in that area. Ms. Yuen reported that the site is closing down and the people from the site would contact IACM to catch all the dogs if they don’t move out from the site. We decided to collect all of them. Laggon is already with us from 14th April 2016 when was rescued after being caught by a car and lost one leg. Lambo and Lafone were brought to shelter yesterday. Linna and Limona were adopted by Ms. Yuen already. Today we got Languid! The four siblings are now living together in Anima shelter. Even full they...

Anima – May Adoption (SPP1651-Linna)!

SPP1651-Linna was adopted by Ms. Yuen on 4th May 2016! SPP1651-Linna (F), around two years old, together with SPP1646-Lambo (M), SPP1647-Laggon (F), SPP1648-Languid (M), SPP1649-Lafone (F) and SPP1650-Limona (F), on the time around one month old were under our Special Protection Program from the 4th of February 2016. They lived in a construction site somewhere in Coloane, and Mrs. Yuen was responsible for them in that area. We support food, de-sex surgery and vaccination for them. Anima – May Rescue and Sad News (1716-Jano)!

1716-Jano (F), around five years old, was rescued by Anima already dead after a call from Mr. Ricardo reporting that a dead body was found near Seac Pai Van. The body was already slightly deformed because of the worms, possibly has been dead over a day. No notorious wound was found on the body and we collected it! R.I.P. my friend!
