Anima – April Rescue (C1176-Domina)!

C1176-Domina (F), around six years old, was rescued on 26th April 2016, after a call from Mr. Ho reporting that he had been taking care of Domina for five  years in a warehouse, but he didn’t want her anymore as she always pees on his goods. He asked if we could collect her. We lent a container to Mr. Ho and Domina was caught yesterday. She is staying with us in Anima now. Please help us to help them! Never abandon your pet! Anima – April Rescue (SPPC1160-Velvet)!

SPPC1160-Velvet (F), was rescued by Anima through Michele on 25th April 2016, after a call from her reporting that SPPC1160-Velvet was found in Taipa vomiting blood this morning. She was sent to a clinic. She was dehydrated and did a blood test and X-Rays. SPPC1160-Velvet needs to stay overnight in the clinic for observation. Thanks Ms. Michele! Please help us to help them! Anima – April Rescue (SPP1710-Mui Chui II)!

SPP1710-Mui Chui II (F), around 1.5 years old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd April 2016, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng informing that she was found pregnant somewhere in Coloane. Mui Chui II is now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). An ultrasound showed that the fetus are already approx. seven weeks old. So we decided for keeping the puppies! SPP1710-Mui Chui II has to stay in Anima temporarily to give birth. Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – April Rescue (C1175-Valentina)!

C1175-Valentina (F), around eight years old, was rescued on 22nd April 2016, after a call from Mr. Fernando around 9:30 pm, reporting that she was found in Estrada do Coelho do Amaral and she was extremely dehydrated, full of fleas and very weak. Mr. Fernando took her to a clinic immediately. C1175-Valentina needs to stay overnight in the clinic for observation and after will go our shelter! Thanks Mr. Fernando! Please help us to help them! C1174-Bella (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd April 2016, after a call from Mr. Andrii, informing that he can’t take care of C1174-Bella anymore as he will go back Europe very soon. Anima – April Rescue (C1173-Cheddar)!

C1173-Cheddar (F), around 10 months old, was rescued by Anima on 21st April 2016, after a call from Mr. Wai informing that C1173-Cheddar fell down from the terrace of Jardim da Victoria (Block H). Our rescue team found C1173-Cheddar trapped in a closed terrace of the building. She was collected, checked and dewormed. Cheddar was dehydrated, has fever and gum problems. Anima – April Rescue (1707-Moppy)!

1707-Moppy (F), around seven years old, was rescued by Anima on 18th April 2016, after a call from Ms. Gina, informing that 1707-Moppy was found near Jockey Club and seems hurt. 1707-Moppy seems not moving well and was soaked under the rain. 1707-Moppy was collected by Anima and no microchip was found. Unfortunately her tail was out of the big cage we have for animals in quarantine (we have no other way to keep them temporarily, even if they have play times during the day) and she was beaten by other dogs and had to go to a clinic for surgery. Many people ask us to help, we are happy to do the best for the animals but we have no safe spaces for them! Today three dogs were rescued in very extreme dangerous situations and we are inventing spaces for them! Please be active and help us instead of...

Anima – April Rescue (B024-Piggo)!

B024-Piggo (F), around three weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 19th April 2016, after a call from Ms. Melisia, informing that she found a Zebra Dove in front of School of Nations unable to move or fly. Our rescue team went there and collected B024-Piggo. As B024-Piggo is still young, she can only walk a little and does not know how to fly and feed alone. It will be difficult to survive on that age! Anima – April Rescue (1706-Parco)!

1706-Parco (M), around six months old, was rescued by Anima on 17th April 2016, after a call from Ms. Man, informing that 1706-Parco was found tied near a garbage room on Rua de Sacadura Cabral. She has stayed there for over half an hour but nobody appeared to get 1706-Parco. Our rescue team went to the location, no microchip was found on 1706-Parco, and he was skinny. Anima – April Rescue (1709-Poca)!

1709-Poca (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 18th April 2016, after a call from Ms. Wu, informing that 1709-Poca was in the ditch near the Communications Museum. The ditch was too deep for 1709-Poca to jump out of it, so Ms. Wu asked for our help. Our rescue team went to the location to bring 1709-Poca out and collected her to Anima as that area was too dangerous for a dog and we don’t know if she has owner. No microchip was found. She was de-wormed! Thanks Ms. Wu! Many people ask us to help and we are happy to do the best for the animals but we have no safe spaces for them!
