Anima – March Rescue (SPP1691-Tiger II)!

SPP1691-TigerII, around four years old, is under our Special Protection Program now. He is living in a construction site and our rescue team is responsible for him now in the area. He was found not eating, getting skinny for the past few days, and being nauseous today. SPP1691-Tiger II was sent to a clinic for consultation and ran a tick fever test. The test result indicated positive. SPP1691-Tiger II is staying in Anima (V0) temporarily for medication. Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Rescue and new SPP dogs (SPP1689 and SPP1690)!

SPP1689-Ear (around 6 years old) and SPP1690-Ceci (around 3 years old) are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). They were rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Wu  reporting that SPP1689-Ear and SPP1690-Ceci were two of the 28 dogs that she has been taking care of in her house, both needing to be spayed. Anima has been supporting food and medical care for all of her dogs since 17th April, 2014. SPP1689-Ear and SPP1690-Ceci were spayed today and they were returned to Ms. Wu's house after the surgery. Anima – March New SPP Dog (SPP1686 and SPP1687)!

SPP1686-Clino (M), around 2.5 months old, with the mother SPP1687-Clinat (F), around two years old, both are now under Anima’s Special Protection Program, after a call from Mr. Lei reporting that SPP1686-Clino and SPP1687-Clinat live in a construction site somewhere in Macau. According to Mr. Lei, SPP1686-Clino and SPP1687-Clinat were very skinny even though there was a man feeding the dogs very often, but they were too afraid to come out to eat the food. Mr. Lei asked if we could provide food for them, and he will keep them inside the guard kiosk. We delivered one bag of dog dry food and one bag of puppy dry food to Mr. Lei today. Thanks Mr. Lei! SPP1684-Cream (F), around eight years old, and SPP1685-Ten (F), around four years old, both now under our Special Protection Program, were rescued by Anima after a call from a lady reporting that SPP1684-Cream and SPP1685-Ten were two of the 28 dogs that she has been taking care of in her house, and both of them needed to be spayed. Anima has been supporting food and medical care for all of her dogs since 17th April 2014. This is a distressed situation that we do not advice anyone to deal with! Anima – March Rescue (1671 to SPP1676)!

1671-Jacker, 1672-Joggi, 1673-Joseph, 1674-Japer, 1675-Jotty with the mother SPP1676-Josha were rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Cheng reporting that SPP1676-Josha, around four years old, now under our Special Protection Program, with her five puppies, all around three weeks old, were found in a construction site somewhere in Coloane. According to Ms. Cheng, the place was dangerous for the dogs due to bad weather and the living condition, so she asked us to help. Our rescue team went to the site and found the puppies hiding inside a huge pipe. The puppies were taken out from the pipe and the mother 1676-Josha was rescued as well. SPP1669-Loi Loi and SPP1670-Angel, both around three years old, now under our Special Protection Program, were rescued by Anima after a call from a lady reporting that SPP1669-Loi Loi and SPP1670-Angel were two of the 28 dogs that she has been taking care of in her house, and both of them needed to be spayed. Anima has been supporting food and medical care for all of her dogs since 17th April 2014. This is an exception to our Special Protection Program as this program is design only for homeless animals and only was accepted because of the poor financial capabilities of the owner! Anima – March New SPP Dogs (SPP1662 to SPP1668)!

SPP1662-Tanmi, around three years old, with her six puppies, SPP1663-Therese, SPP1664-Tenny, SPP1665-Talina, SPP1666-Tika, SPP1667-Terro and SPP1668-Trafo, all around three months old, are now under our Special Protection Program,  after a call from Mr. Chan and Ms. Joan reporting that the dogs live in a construction site somewhere in Taipa. Mr. Chan and Ms. Joan are responsible for all of them in that area. According to Mr. Chan, there are almost 25 dogs in the site and they are not yet de-sexed. Anima – March New Dog under SPP (SPP1660-Hollis)!

SPP1660-Hollis, around two years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was referred by Ms. Gina reporting that Ms. Catarina found a Chihuahua somewhere in Coloane. According to Ms. Catarina, SPP1660-Hollis was abandoned by the owner, and a man has been taking care of him, but he is only able to feed him every few days. Our rescue team went to check SPP1660-Hollis today. There was a dog house and some blankets for him, but food apparently seemed  not enough. After we verified that there was enough food. No microchip was found on him and we did not see any person around the area who might be taking care of him. However we were informed that  Mr Ho was taking care of  him! Anima – March Rescue and New SPP Cat (SPPC1138-Anjos)!

SPPC1138-Anjos, around four years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima after a call from Michele reporting that Anjos was found skinny, weak and dehydrated somewhere in Taipa. Anjos has skin lesions and hair loss on the back, especially the right limb was red and round. Anjos is staying with us temporarily and Michele will be responsible for him in the area. February Rescue and New SPP Cats (SPPC1135-William)!

SPPC1135-William, around three years old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima after a call from Michele reporting that SPPC1135-William was found sick somewhere in Taipa. According to Michele, William was sneezing lately with fleas infested. SPPC1135-William was diagnosed with flea infection. He has skin lesion on both ears and across the body, and hair loss on his back. William is staying in Anima temporarily until he is healed. Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them!
