Anima-Wynn Casino visited us!

<22-02-2019> Today, we were visited by 16 people from Wynn Casino in our Dogs’ Shelter and Cats’ Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2018, we had 8,612 visitors as compared with 9,251 in 2017! Anima in Santa Rosa de Lima English Secondary School!

<22-02-2019> Anima visited Santa Rosa de Lima English Secondary School for an Anima Funding Event on the 22nd February 2019. We counted on the help and joy of three of our dogs:SPP819-Gorogr, 14737-Jefferson and 2048-Adonis. The event received 250 people. Thank you for the invite! Please help us to help them! Anima –February Rescue (SPP2028;SPP2029;SPP2085)!

<19-02-2019> SPP2085-Yves (M), around four months and under our SPP program was rescued today after a call from Ms. Choi, the responsible person for him, saying that he has his face swollen and fever again. Therefore, SPP2085-Yves was sent to our Dogs’ Shelter for blood tests, which came positive for parvo virus. Yves couldn’t stay in our Dogs’ Shelter so he wouldn’t infect other dogs and so he was sent to the clinic. Due to this situation, we checked the other two dogs who share site with Yves, SPP2028-Zara and SPP2029-Zan. The blood analysis results for parvo virus came negative for SPP2028-Zara but positive for SPP2029-Zan. Zan as no fever and is stable, however he is currently isolated from other dogs to avoid any spreading of the virus. Please help us to help them! February Adoption (R048-Jiaozi and R049-Mantou)!

<18-02-2019> Jiaozi and Mantou were adopted by Ms. Loi! R048-Jiaozi (M) and R049-Mantou (M) both around one month at the time, were rescued along with six other rabbits on the 28th November 2018 after a call from de IAM reporting they didn’t have enough space to keep the animals. Jiaozi and Mantou were both adopted by Ms. Loi today! Thanks Ms. Loi! Please Adopt and never Buy! February Rescue (SPPC1700; SPPC1937)!

<15-02-2019> SPPC1700-Corra, SPPC1936-Fama and SPPC1937-Fallon, were under the responsibility of Ms. Cheng in Pou Tai Un Monestery, but Ms. Cheng will stop working there and suspects that the cats will be abandoned by her colleagues. Ms. Cheng managed for SPPC1936-Fama to be adopted. Corra and Fallon were both welcomed in our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, Ms. Cheng! Please help us to help them! February Adoption (2030-Joaquim and 2054-Sparky)!

<13-02-2019> Joaquim and Sparky were adopted today! 2030-Joaquim / Brighten Right (M), around four years old at the time, was rescued by Anima on 12th June 2018 through IACM. 054-Sparky (M), 7 years old at the time, was rescued by Anima on the 31st August 2018 after he was abandoned by his ex-owner in Macau Kennel. Anima – February Rescue and Decease (2099-Ah Ma)!

<13-02-2019> 2099-Ah Ma (F), around two months old, was found sick by our volunteer Ms. Lo in Ah Ma Cultural Village mountain area, who brought her to Anima for help. The puppy was sent to the clinic but on the way she started to have strong difficulty in breathing and was treated with emergency as soon as she got to the clinic. 2099-Ah Ma ended up passing away during this emergency treatment.
