Anima–August Rescue (C2744-Dune)!

C2744-Dune (M), around four years old, was rescued by Anima on 26th August 2022, after a call from Ms. Lai referring that a stray cat was hiding under the bushes in front of a library in Jardim de Luís de Camões.
She asked us help.
The cat was wet, easy to approach and also seems to be sick.
Our Rescue team sent C2744-Dune to a clinic directly for consultation and some tests.
Physically, he was very dehydrated with jaundice, very skinny and some teeth where missing from one side of his mouth.
Also, Dune is a carrier of FIV.
The vet recommended Anima to leave him for treatment.
C2744-Dune is now hospitalized, under medical care.
On 28/8/2022, we received call from the vet that Dune went into coma and soon passed away.
