Anima – July Adoption (1077-Panner)
1077-Panner (Alibilibulu) was adopted by Ms Lo.
He was rescued on May 5, 2013 after a call from Mr. Chau referring that he tied to a fence at School of the Nations.
He was on that time around 4 months old and was fostered by Ms Lo.
Now he was adopted by her!
