Anima – May Rescue of eight puppies and their mother
1456-Tammy, 1457-Tala, 1458-Talia, 1459-Tessa, 1460-Tasha, 1461-Tamar, 1462-Travis, 1463-Tiago and 1464-Tora (the mother) were rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Ho reporting that eight puppies and the mother were abandoned in a cage in Rua de S. Francisco Xavier.
According to the neighbors, the puppies with the mother have been there in a cage from around 5:00am this morning.
The mother and puppies were full of ticks and fleas and 1464-Tora (the mother) was not willing to eat. She was temporarily separated from her puppies until she recovers.
A good bath was immediately given to all of them before the frontline spray!
The puppies now are being feed at home in groups of four by our supervisor Ms. Zoe and our handler Mr. Ronaldo.
We need volunteers for that overnight job!
