Anima–October Rescue (B174-Budgia)!

<22-10-2020> B174-Budgia, an adult turquoise conure, was rescued by Anima on 22 October 2020, after we received a Facebook message from Ms. Liu reporting that she found a bird, B174-Budgia, falling on to the streets near Edf. Fong Ieng. She asked us help as the bird cannot fly and is used to humans’ interactions with him. B174-Budgia was sent to a clinic with Ms. Liu’s help and he stays safe under observation for now. Thanks, Ms. Liu! Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Never abandon your pets! Anima–October Rescue (C2419-Aria)!

<22-10-2020> C2419-Aria (F), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 24 October 2020, after a call from Mr. Pao asking if ANIMA could collect a kitten that have fallen from somewhere into the patio in Sun Star Plaza block 1 in Av. do Hipódromo. He asked us help. After our rescue team manage to collect C2419-Aria, the kitten was sent to a clinic for an X-ray and acknowledge from Mr. Pao. According to the vet, there are no internal nor external injuries. Although, it was suggested to Anima to observe the kitten’s health for a while. C2419-Aria was collected and welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, Mr. Pao! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima-October Sad News (C1364-Titus)!

<21-10-2020> C1364-Titus (M), with an estimated age of one year old by the time, together with other 12 cats, were rescued by Anima on the 15th December 2016, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. Recently, he was found with severe ocular discharge and mouth problem. C1364-Titus was sent to a clinic and according to the vet it is suspect a problem with his gall bladder and some respiratory infection. His condition was deteriorating fast. He needed to be under IV treatment and supplement medication. C1364-Titus was not improving and he died today. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–October Adoption (C2337-Kimball)!

<16-10-2020> Kimball was adopted by Ms. Kelley, today! C2337-Kimball (M), around two months old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 15th May 2020, after received a message from Mr. Tang and later a call from Ms. Yu, both reporting that a sick kitten was found in Praça Luís de Camões. Mr. Tang brought the kitten to a clinic for consultation as the kitten had eye infections. Our rescue team collected the kitten and he stayed in our Cats’ Paradise. Anima–Rescue and Abandonment (C2417-Nena)!

  <15-10-2020> C2417-Nena (F), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 15th October 2020, after a call from Ms. Wong referring that a cat had fell into the patio on the 1st floor of Edf. Mayfair Court in Rua de Francisco António. An Elderly lady with wheelchair is living there and both, the security and Ms. Wong, know she is unable to have pets. Rescue team was sent to the site and informed Ms. Wong to contact fire department and IAM. On the way, ANIMA also contacted IAM asking for their assistance in searching if the cat has an owner. When Anima arrived the firemen already had caught the cat. C2417-Nena was sent to Macau Kennel for an urgent X-ray. Results showed a fracture in the pelvis. IAM inspectors understand that Nena might had an owner before. Unfortunately, they found the owner who decided to abandon the cat. C2417-Nena will stay in...

<14-10-2020> Biki was adopted today by Ms. Kei! C2340-Biki, around a few months old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 18th May 2020, after receive a call from Ms. Wong, who came to our Dogs’ Shelter with a cat which she claimed to be found on Lotus Cycling Track.
