Anima–November Adoption (2185-Leslie and 2186-Gut Chai)!

<10-11-2020> Leslie and Gut Chai were temporarily fostered by Mr. Danny today! 2185-Leslie (M), around six years old by the time, was rescued by Anima on the 18th October 2019, after a call from Ms. Suzanna who found a Husky wandering alone in the street. Our rescue team recognized the dog that used to have an owner in a workshop and has a small dog as a life partner. Anima searched for Leslie’s buddy after rescuing him and found 2186-Gut Chai (M), around six years old by the time, who was also rescued by our rescue team on the18th October 2019. Anima–November Rescue and Sad News (B178-Kirby)!

<10-11-2020> B178-Kirby, an adult dove, was rescued by Anima today, after being found by our rescue team on their way to deliver dog food to Ka Ho workshop. The dove was lying on the road with feathers scattered around surrounded by many dogs. B178-Kirby had a very weak breath and died quickly. His body will be later delivered in IAM. R.I.P. our friend! Anima-New SPP dogs (SPP2310, SPP2311, SPP2312)!

<05-11-2020> SPP2310-Myra (F), SPP2311-Myrna (F) and SPP2312-Myron (M), all around one month old, are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). It was reported to our rescue team by a Miramar's worker, Mr. Edgar, that he caught these three puppies and asked us to help. The mother dog is always wandering in the mountain but very difficult to approach. SPP2310-Myra, SPP2311-Myrna, SPP2312-Myron were consulted in our clinic and released back to their family place. Rescue team will start giving puppy food in Miramar’s place and check on their condition. Thanks, Mr. Edgar! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima-November Sad News (151-Raji)!

<05-11-2020> 151-Raji (M), a senior dog of our shelter with around 15 years old, was suffering from a splenic tumour and kidney problems. A safe surgery would be, unfortunately, hard to accomplish at this point, due to his age and weak health condition. The chances of recovery after surgery are also very low. Following veterinary medical advice and consent given by several Anima board members, Raji was euthanized in a clinic, an effort to shorten his agony. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–November Adoption (C2359-Cici)!

<03-11-2020> Cici was adopted by Mr. Kwong, today! C2359-Cici (F), around four months old at the time, was rescued by Anima on 18th June 2020, after a Facebook message from Ms. Lei reporting that she found a kitten on R. de Sao Jose under heavy rain. She took the kitten to her home temporarily, but she was unable to take care of her for long term. Rescue team went there and picked up the kitten. C2359-Cici was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise!
