Anima–December Sad News (C2871-Kaidyn)!

<23-12-2024> C2871-Kaidyn (F), around nine years old, was rescued by Anima on 7th November 2023, after a call from Mr. Kai reporting that he saw a sick and weak cat on Tv. dos Ovos. Kaidyn recovered and she was welcome to our Cats' Paradise. Recently, C2871-Kaidyn needs to be hospitalized in a vet clinic, under hospice care. Unfortunately, her health was going wrost and she passed away today, due to kidney failure and other symptoms. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima-Macau Anglican College visited us!

<18-12-2024> Today, we were visited by 30 people, of which 24 were from Macau Anglican College. This group gave us precious help walking dogs at our Dogs’ Shelter. Anima–December Sad News (411-Bamby)!

<16-12-2024> 411-Bamby (F), one of our senior dogs, was found weak and unable to move. She has been living with a tumor in her liver. Anima–December Rescue (SPP2515-Wong Chai)!

<16-12-2024> SPP2515-Wong Chai (M), around two years old, is under our Special Protection Program since 24th June 2024 along with other SPP dogs, under the responsability of Ms. Ah Sa in Ka Ho Village. SPP2515-Wong Chai was rescued today, to be neutered. After surgery, Wong Chai returned back to his place. Thanks, Ms. Ah Sa! Please, consider more options before abandon any animal in the streets! Anima–December Sad News (C2997-Fatty)!

<13-12-2024> C2997-Fatty (M), around five years old, C2998-Paco (M), around four years old, C2999-Miu (M) and C3000-Arko (M), both around five years old and C3001-Rocky (M), around four and a half years old, were rescued by Anima on 12th December 2024, after a call from Ms. Zeng referring that her ex-neighbor, an old guy named Peter, with cancer and heart problems who lived alone and he had around 20 cats, is not able to take care of them anymore. She asked us help. Anima worked with AAPAM to help as many animals as possible, step by step. Unfortunately, C2997-Fatty was extremely anemic, maybe with blood parasites or IMHA. According with the vet, she was in a very critical condition. Besides all medical efforts, Anima was informed that C2997-Fatty passed away today. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–December Rescue (SPP2511-Wu Zu Zu)!

<11-12-2024> SPP2511-Wu Zu Zu (M), around one year old, is under our Special Protection Program since 24th June 2024 along with other SPP dogs, under the responsability of Ms. Ah Sa in Ka Ho village. SPP2511-Wu Zu Zu was vomit and he has bloody urine. He was sent to a clinic immediately for consultation. Ultrassound shows a spleen enlargement. <10-12-2024> SPP2514-Shun Fung (M), around one year old, is under our Special Protection Program since 24th June 2024 along with other SPP dogs, under the responsability of Ms. Ah Sa in Ka Ho village. Shun Fung was found injured today due to fights with other dogs. Ms. Ah Sa asked us help. Anima will provide medical care and a desex surgery after SPP2514-Shun Fung recovers. Thanks, Ms. Ah Sa!
