Anima-Sheng Kung Hui Youth Service Team helped us!

<12-12-2021> We received the visit of 46 people today, of which five were from the Sheng Kung Hui Youth Service Team. The group volunteered at Cats’ Paradise, giving us a helping-hand while having fun with our cats. Thank you for your support! Education and solidarity are key issues for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2020, we were visited by 10,495 people, compared with 7,487 visitors in 2019. Thank you for trusting and supporting our work! Anima–December Rescue (C2678-Mars)!

<12-12-2021> C2678-Mars (M), a cat around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 12th December, 2021. We received a call from Ms. Law reporting that a cat with a pink collar had entered a shop in Avenida do General Castelo Branco. The cat had been hiding under a fridge, apparently for several days. Mars was sent to a clinic immediately, as he was found skinny and with his fur covered in sticky mouse trap glue. He was diagnosed with Cryptorchidism and X-ray images revealed an old fracture on his left rib. Mars will remain hospitalized for the time being. Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Never abandon your pets! Anima–December Rescue and Sad News (2620-Bluto)!

<11-12-2021> Over the past few days, our team has been mobilized for the search of a white injured dog, seen by several people wandering around Coloane Village. Today, our rescue efforts have sadly come to an end, as we received a call from Ms. Vera reporting to have found the body of the dog on some rocky cliffs in Coloane seaside. The body was found in poor condition, with maggots infesting the wounded area. Anima collected the body and delivered it to Macau Municipal Kennel. R.I.P.! Please help us to help them!
