Anima–August Rescue (SPP1476-Orson)!

<09-08-2022> SPP1476-Orson (M, 7yrs old) is leaving in a construction site in Coloane, and is taken cake by a staff working there. Recently the staff observed the Orson was not eating and was getting skinny. He called Anima for help. We sent Orson to the vet clinic for check-up, the result showed Orson have swollen spleen, foreign object in stomach which suspected as some bones. Orson needed to stay overnight at clinic for fasting and for recheck the other day if the foreign object would disappear. If none is seen then suspect spleen swelling due to spleen tumor. After the recheck on the other day, the foreign object in stomach was excreted and the vet has excluded spleen tumor as the reason of swollen spleen. The vet has done the blood parasitic disease test for Orson, and Orson was tested positive for Elrlichia.. Please help us to help...

Anima-8月的不幸消息 (398, C1903)!

<06-08-2022> 不幸地今天有兩隻毛孩離開了我們! 398-Tony (男, 14歲) 於2009年被本會拯救。年老的Tony 在上年11月時被醫生診斷頭部患有惡性腫瘤, 並一直接受治療中, 但Tony 的腫瘤也日漸變大。 近日我們發現Tony 眼睛也出現問題, 並安排送去獸醫診所檢查, 醫生指Tony 頭部的腫瘤已擴散至眼睛附近的地方, 而且腫瘤已經破裂, 情況相當之差, 不幸地今天Tony 離開了我們! Anima–August Sad News (398, C1903)!

<06-08-2022> Sadly, two of our fury friends left us today! 398-Tony (M, 14yrs old) was rescued by us in 2009. Our old Tony was diagnosis with malignancy on the head, and he was under treatment. However, the tumor got bigger and bigger. Recently we found that Tony’s eyes were reddish so we sent him to the vet clinic for checkup. <06-08-2022> Today we have joined the “Seja um dono responsável - Cuide do seu animal de estimação para sempre” event held by IAM, at Zona de Lazer da Rua da Pareia Oriental, Macau.  Around 60 people joined, including our doggies 849-Fei Jai、1204-Maxi、 2302-Siu Baak and 2405-A-Mui. Thanks for the invitation from IAM, volunteers and everyone who has participated in the event. The next venue will be at Jardim da Flora, Macau on 03Sept 2022 from 14:00~17:00.
