Anima–December Rescue (C2461-Santa)!

<27-12-2020> C2461-Santa (F), a cat around eight months old, was rescued by Anima from a patio at ‘Centro Internacional de Macau’ where several cats are wandering. Their previous owner had them at home but was suddenly hospitalized recently and the cats were freed in that area by an acquaintance. Anima will continue to mobilize efforts in order to rescue all remaining cats. Santa was welcomed at our Cats’ Paradise and is now under quarantine. Please help us to help them! Anima–December Adoption (C2436-Camden)!

<26-12-2020> Camden was adopted today by Mr. Fábio! C2436-Camden (M) was collected by I.A.M. after being found with other four kittens on a cardboard box at the University of Macau, when she was just two months old. Anima agreed to rescue them from Macau Kennel if they didn’t find an adopter and, therefore, Camden was welcomed at our Cats' Paradise on 23/11/2020, where he stayed until now. Anima–December Adoption (C2436-Camden)!

<26-12-2020> Camden was adopted today by Mr. Fábio! C2436-Camden (M) was collected by I.A.M. after being found with other four kittens on a cardboard box at the University of Macau, when she was just two months old. Anima–December Rescue (C2451, C2452, C2453, C2454 and C2455)!

<20-12-2020> Five kittens were rescued by Anima today. C2451-Hawaii (F), C2452-Juniya (F), C2453-Kurisu (M), C2454-Haruki (M) and C2455-Hiroto (M), all around three weeks old, were rescued following a call from Mrs. Choi reporting to have found them in a workshop in Ilha Verde. They were very close to the site where kitten C2450-Kawaii was rescued yesterday and they all seem to be siblings. No mother cat was seen nearby. Mrs. Choi managed to rescue three kittens, but two other (Haruki and Hiroto) could be heard meowing at the site. Our Rescue team was mobilized and rescued Haruki. Hiroto, however, was found stuck inside a narrow 40-feet-deep pit (12 meters). We have contacted I.A.M. to assist us with the rescue and, eventually, Hiroto was successfully caught! All kittens were sent to a clinic for a health check and confirmed healthy. They are now being fostered by our staff for temporary...

Anima-December Sad News (C1406-Karen)!

<19-12-2020> Our cat C1406-Karen (F) has passed away today. Sadly, Karen’s general prognosis was very poor. Her health condition was weak and she had been suffering from acute kidney failure. Following veterinary medical advice and consent given by several Anima board members, Karen was euthanized in a clinic today in an effort to shorten her agony. R.I.P. our dear friend! Anima-December Sad News (C1406-Karen)!

<19-12-2020> Our cat C1406-Karen (F) has passed away today. Sadly, Karen’s general prognosis was very poor. Her health condition was weak and she had been suffering from acute kidney failure. C2427-Belle, around one month old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 11th November 2020, following a call reporting that a kitten was found limping at Bai Ning Carpark.
