Anima – July Sad News (B032-Lonely)!

B032-Lonely was rescued by Anima on 9th July 2016, after a call from Ms. Diana reporting that a bird couldn’t fly near Rua Afonso de Albuquerque. Lonely was sent to a clinic immediately. Unfortunately Lonely passed away today in the clinic. R.I.P. my friend! Anima – July Sad News (1678-Leanna)!

SPP1669-Loi Loi, under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 12th March 2016 after a call from a lady reporting that SPP1669-Loi Loi and SPP1670-Angel were two of the 28 dogs that she has been taking care of in her house, and both of them needed to be spayed. Anima has been supporting food and medical care for all of her dogs since 17th April 2014. This is a distressed situation that we do not advise anyone to deal with! SPP1669-Loi Loi and SPP1670-Angel were delivered to a clinic for de-sex surgery. SPP1670-Angel was spayed and returned to her in good condition. However, SPP1669-Loi Loi was found pregnant and she had to stay in Anima temporarily to give birth. SPP1669-Loi Loi gave birth to six puppies on 20th March 2016, 1677-Layla, 1678-Leanna, 1679-Lavon, 1680-Lavar, 1681-Lawton and 1682-Lawson. 1677-Layla was born with abnormality and she had cleft palate. Anima – July Sad News (H009-Toe Toe)!

H005-Dim Dim (M), H006-Sum Sum (F), around four months old, together with three new born babies H007-Tic Tic, H008-Tac Tac and H009-Toe Toe, were rescued by Anima on 6th July 2016, after a call from Ms. Muk, a cleaner in Edificio Wang Son. She found H005-Dim Dim, H006-Sum Sum, H007-Tic Tic, H008-Tac Tac and H009-Toe Toe in a cage abandoned in the garbage room with a note. H006-Sum Sum is the mother of H007-Tic Tic, H008-Tac Tac and H009-Toe Toe. They were collected by us and H005-Dim Dim was staying in a separated cage, while H006-Sum Sum was staying with the three babies in another cage! Toe Toe was found death this morning! Anima – July Sad News (H007 and H008)!

H007-Tic Tic and H008-Tac Tac died today, 8th July 2016! H005-Dim Dim (M), H006-Sum Sum (F), around four months old, together with three new born babies H007-Tic Tic, H008 -Tac Tac and H009-Toe Toe, were rescued by Anima on 6th July 2016, after a call from Ms. Muk, a cleaner in Edificio Wang Son. Anima – July Sad News (B031-Monchichi)!

B031-Monchichi, still a baby bird, was rescued by Anima on 1st July 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that a baby bird was found in Caminho da Povoação de Cheok Ka that morning. She asked us to help. B031-Monchichi was fostered temporarily by Alvin, our staff, as he is still young and can not eat by himself. It was very difficult for him to survive! He died on 7th July 2016 when we thought he may survive! R.I.P. my friend! C1228-Boebi (F), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd July 2016, after a call from Mr. Ho at around 8:30 pm, reporting that a cat was found lying under a motorcycle in Calçada da Igreja de São Lázaro and she was not able to move. C1228-Boebi was sent to a clinic immediately. She was severely dehydrated. She died today, 4th July 2016! R.I.P my friend! Please don’t be cruel! Anima – July Sad News (C561-Nissan)!

Nissan died today, 3rd July 2016! C561-Nissan (F) was rescued by Anima in Taipa on 17 August 2013 and she was around seven years old. She was immediately submitted to a surgery to remove a big ball of hair inside the anus! In 2014 when we had a lot of FIP problems she did a FECV test on 12 March 2014 and the result was positive! Last year she began to be sick and we tried our best to keep her in good conditions. Unfortunately she was not capable to recover and was already entering in suffer. We decided to euthanize her today! R.I.P. my friend! Anima – June Sad News (SPP1754-Boy)!

SPP1754-Boy (M), around six months old, was rescued by Anima on 25th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Gina reporting that a puppy, SPP1754-Boy, now under our Special Protection Program was abandoned by the owner in Taipa near a place where we have two people working for us helping tens of dogs. Boy has severe attacks of epilepsy. He has been checked in one clinic but the prescription was not being effective. So, we decided to move to another clinic where he stayed overnight for observation. Boy went in suffer and after the vet favorable opinion and two board members we decided to put in sleeping! R.I.P my friend! Please don’t be cruel! Anima – June Sad News (1585-Bo Bo II)

Bobo left us today, 20th June 2016! 1585-Bo Bo II, a 15 years old male dog, was rescued by Anima on 22nd November 2015, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that she could not keep her dog (1585-Bo Bo II) anymore as he always pee everywhere and this was creating family problems. Anima decided to help Bo Bo with three conditions: the family should pay a visit to him every week, he must be capable to socialize with the old dogs in the Association corridor where we have 111-Ben, 1145-Tuga and 1439-Zac during day time and he must be friendly to people, as this is an area where visitors have access and the only place available for him! B030-Kids was rescued by Anima on 11th June 2016, after a call from Mr. So reporting that a bird was found in Largo da Companhia de Jesus this morning and he was not able to fly. He asked us to help.
