Anima–April Sad News (C1802-Levis)!

<02-04-2018> C1802-Levis (M), was rescued by Anima on 11th December 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. C1802-Levis had stayed with us since that time. Recently he was found walking unsteadily and was not active. The blood test showed he had renal  and neurological problems. He had been under force feeding. C1802-Levis had multiple seizures and  was in low temperatures entering in suffer. After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put him sleep. Last decision belongs always to the President of Anima, and it is not an easy decision! R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–April Sad News (SPP2015-Beanie)!

<02-04-2018> SPP2015-Beanie (F),  under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 1st April 2018 when she was around seven years old, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a dog SPP2015-Beanie was hit by a car and was unable to move. He asked us for help. SPP2015-Beanie was sent to a clinic immediately. The report showed that her spleen was swollen. She had internal bleeding and was severe anemic. SPP2015-Beanie stayed in the clinic for dripping and close observation. Unfortunately we were informed by the clinic that SPP2015-Beanie passed away this morning due to internal bleeding. Anima–March Sad News (C1811-Dumpling)!

<30-03-2018> C1811-Dumpling (M), was rescued by Anima on 23th December 2017 when he was around two years old, after a call from Mr. Oscar of Anihelp, informing that they rescued a sick cat in Travessa da Palangana. C1811-Dumpling had stayed with us since that time. Recently we found C1811-Dumpling has a mouth ulcer and his face was swollen. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. The report showed that he had severe renal problems which causes the mouth ulcer. According to the vet, surgery could only be applied when he turned back to the normal temperature. However, his body temperature was very low and he could not stand on his own. He was in suffer! After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put him sleep. Anima–Rescue and Sad News (C1874-Adas)!

<30-03-2018> C1874-Adas (M), around two days old, was rescued by Anima on 30th March 2018, after a call from Mr. Lao reporting that there was a newborn kitten meowing alone under his balcony at Hang Fa Garden. He asked us for help. C1874-Adas was collected by us and temporarily fostered by our staff Ms. Peng for milk feeding. After giving him some milk, some blood came out from his mouth. Unfortunately C1874-Adas passed away shortly. Thanks Mr. Lao and Ms. Peng! R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us for adoption! Anima–March Sad News (C1809-Asaki)!

<29-03-2018> C1809-Asaki (F), was rescued by Anima on 17th December 2017 when she was around one month old, after a call from Mr. Hoi reporting that a kitten was found in the stair of a building near Hac Sa Wan. C1809-Asaki has stayed with us since that time. Unfortunately, C1809-Asaki was found dead this morning due to aspiration pneumonia. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima–March Rescue and Sad News (SPP2013-Winnie)!

<28-03-2018> SPP2013-Winnie (F),  under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 24th March 2018 when she was around two years old, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that SPP2013-Winnie was sick, lost weight and walked unsteady. SPP2013-Winnie was sent to a clinic and she diagnosed Canine Distemper. She was returned to her former place after medication. Today we were informed by Mr. Ho saying that SPP2013-Winnie was almost dying at the site. She was sent to a clinic immediately. According to the vet, a lot of maggots were found in her mouth  and she was already in suffer and nothing could be done. After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put her sleep. Anima–March Sad News (SPP2003-Betsy)!

<25-03-2018> The mother dog, SPP1999-Bea (F), around three years old at that time, with the six puppies, SPP2000-Babak (M), SPP2001-Baako (F), SPP2002-Benita (F), SPP2003-Betsy (F), SPP2004-Bettina (F) and SPP2005-Borbala (F), all around 1.5 months old at that time , were under our Special Protection Program and were rescued by Anima on 24th February 2018 after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that the mother dog SPP1999-Bea gave birth to six puppies. Mr. Wong was responsible for them in that area. He noted that the puppies became lethargic, tired and not eating, All of them were sent to a clinic immediately. SPP2005-Borbala has passed away when we arrived at the clinic. The result of the Canine Distemper test of the five puppies were positive. Anima–March Sad News (C1480-Mukki)!

<23-03-2018> C1480-Mukki (F), was rescued by Anima when she was around three years old, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for cats. C1480-Mukki has stayed with us since that time. On 13th January 2018 C1480-Mukki was sent to a blood test. The result showed that she had renal problems and blood infection. Anima–March Sad News (C496-Goa)!

<23-03-2018> C496-Goa (F), was rescued by Anima on 9th May 2013 at Escola Primária Luso Chinesa do Bairro Norte, together with a mother cat and three kittens. Anima–March Sad News (C681-Zeca II)!

<22-03-2018> C681-Zeca II (M), was rescued by Anima on the 21st March 2014 when he was around six months old, near the University of Macau. He had been staying with us since that time. On 1st March 2018 he had seizure and was sent to a clinic. The blood test showed he had renal and pancreatitis problems. He also had cat flu, jaundice and  severe anemia.
