Anima–April Sad News (C1864-Tomo)!

C1864-Tomo (M), was rescued by Anima on 18th March 2018 when he was around five years old, after a call from Ms. Ieong reporting that a cat C1864-Tomo was found on the approach span of Amizade Bridge.
She collected the cat and brought to Cats’ Paradise.
C1864-Tomo had two wounds on both left and right hind legs, some minor cuts under the right eye and on the right front leg at that time.
His condition was not good as we found infections from the opening wounds.
On 11th April 2018, C1864-Tomo was found apathetic and with hypothermia.
He was sent to a clinic and the result showed he had renal problems and low glucose.
According to the vet, C1864-Tomo could not prolong his life as his organs were starting to shut down and he was suffering in pain.
After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put him sleep.
Last decision belongs always to the President of Anima, and it is not an easy decision!
