Anima–July Sad News (C2415-Zorro)!

<31-07-2025> C2415-Zorro (M), around seven years old now, was rescued by Anima on 12th October 2020, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a cat had been lying next to a bus stop of Avenida do Infante D. Henrique for half an hour, not moving even if some pedestrian kicked his tail. Rescue team went there, saw the cat lying on the middle of the road and sent him to a clinic. After recover, C2415-Zorro was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, he was found weak and dehydrated, with liver and kidney problems. Besides all our medical efforts, Zorro passed away due to his liver malfunction. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Abandoning a pet should be a crime! Anima-July Adoption (C3051-Chocolate Chip)!

<18-07-2025> Chocolate Chip was adopted today, by Ms. Ferreira !Three siblings, C3051-Chocolate Chip (F), C3052-Pepino (F) and C3053-Cookies (M), all around one month old back then, were rescued by Anima on 14th May 2025, after Mr. Wong referring that he found a stray mother cat rejecting her three kittens near Caminho de Tan Fong, in Coloane.He asked us help.The kittens were welcome to our Cats’ Paradise!C3051-Chocolate Chip found the love of a family, today!Thanks, Mr. Wong and thanks Ms. Ferreira, for choosing to adopt instead of buying! Anima–July Sad News (1337-Hayden)!

<17-07-2025> 1337-Hayden (M), around a few months old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd October 2014, after a call from Ms. Chow, referring that he was not able to walk and he was shaking in Coloane. Hayden always had serious skin problems upon his rescue, but recovered slowly. Nowadays, he is one of our senior dogs. Recently, 1337-Hayden got sick and he was hospitalised in a vet clinic. According to the vet, he suffers from intussuception and intestinal tumor, with minimal chances to survive after a surgery. Besides all medical efforts, 1337-Hayden passed away today. <16-07-2025> C3069-Alice (F), around five years old, was rescued by Anima on 16th July 2025, after Mr. Wu rang the bell of our Cats’ Paradise with Alice, claiming that his friend left her in Macau to go to Taiwan for study. Mr. Wu is also leaving Macau and can not keep her. He asked us help. C3069-Alice got under a legal procedure of adoption through IAM and she will be welcome to our Cats’ Paradise soon. Anima–July Rescue (C3064-Preston)!

<07-07-2025> The kitten, C3064-Preston (M), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 7th July 2025, during our Rescue Team daily task of feeding dogs outside. C3064-Preston was found skinny and sick, with severe eyes discharge and sneezing. He was brought to our Cat’s Paradise and he will stay in quarentine until fully recover. Thanks, Rescue Team!
