Anima–January Rescue and Sad News (C1405-Sasa)!

<28-01-2017> C1405-Sasa (F), with an estimated age of five months old, was rescued by Anima already dead on 28th January 2017, after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that a cat body was found on the road in Estrada de Sete Tanques. Sasa had vomited blood. She may have been killed by a car! Her body was collected to Anima to be delivered to Macau kennel. R.I.P. my friend! Thanks Mr. Wong! Please help us to help them! Anima–January Rescue (C1403, C1404)!

<26-01-2017> C1403-Penguin (M) and C1404-Tigger (F), both with an estimated age of 1.5 months old, were rescued by Anima on 26th January 2017, after a call from Ms. Ao reporting that she found two kittens near Mercado de S. Lourenço on 24th January. Penguin and Tigger were sent to a clinic by Ms. Ao for general check-up. They stayed in the clinic for cleaning up as they had a flea infection and earmites. Anima–January Rescue (C1402-Kirin)!

<25-01-2017> C1402-Kirin (M), with an estimated age of two years old, was rescued by Anima on 25th January 2017, after a call from Ms. Koo reporting that she used to feed two cats in Hellen Garden and one of them was injured. Kirin was attacked by a new cat over there. His eye was swollen with watery blood coming out. He was checked by our vet and dewormed. The left eye lid got a long cutting wound and four stitches required to close it up. Kirin is staying with us under close observation with medication now. Thanks Ms. Koo! Please help us to help them! Anima–January Rescue (C1400, C1401)!

<25-01-2017> C1400-Korsak (M), with an estimated age of five months old, together with C1401-Kitman (F), with an estimated age of two years old, were rescued by Anima on 25th January 2017, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that her neighbor passed away and left some cats and no one was taking care of them. There was a hole in the door of the flat and the cats were coming out  searching for food. Ms. Peng and the neighbors set up a trap to catch them. C1386-Tebbie was caught on 18th January, C1399-Scottie was caught on 23rd January and both are already with us. The last two cats, Korsak and Kitman, were caught today. They were checked by our vet and dewormed. Kitman seems already pregnant! They are in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise now. Thanks Ms. Peng and neighbors! Please help us to help them! <23-01-2017> C1399-Scottie (M), with an estimated age of four years old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd January 2017, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that her neighbor passed away and left three cats and no one was taking care of them. There is a hole in the door of the flat and the cats can come out and search for food. Ms. Peng and the neighbors set up a trap to catch them. C1386-Tebbie was caught on 18th January and is already  with us. The second one, Scottie, was caught today. They are trying to catch the last one to be delivered to us. <21-01-2017> C1398-Rainbow (F), with an estimated age of two months old, was rescued by Anima on 21st January 2017, after a call from Mr. Fan reporting that a kitten was found in "Jardim de Luís de Camões" (Camões Garden) last night. Rainbow was taking care by Mr. Fan for one night and then delivered to our Cat’s Paradise. She was checked by our vet and dewormed. Thanks Mr. Fan! Please help us to help them! Rescue and Cooperation with IACM (1838, 1839)!

<20-01-2017> 1838-Nam Nam (M), with an estimated age of two years old, together with 1839-Seven (M), with an estimated age of ten months old, were rescued by Anima on 20th January 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that there were two dogs in the Macau kennel that needed our help. According to IACM, Nam Nam and Seven were rescued by a rescue team group few months ago. But they delivered them to IACM last week as they failed to find an adopter and they don’t have a shelter. One of them lost one leg. We will try our best to socialize them with other animals! Anima and IACM are cooperating to rescue and save more stray animals! They were licensed, neutered and vaccinated. Anima–Rescue and New Cat Under SPP (SPPC1393-Olaf)!

<19-01-2017> SPPC1393-Olaf (M), with an estimated age of two months old, now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 19th January 2017, somewhere in Taipa. Rescue and Cooperation with IACM (C1387-C1392)!

<19-01-2017> C1387-Muffin (M), with an estimated age of two years old, C1388-Nacho (F), with an estimated age of three years old, C1389-Popcorn (F), with an estimated age of two years old, C1390-Sundae (F) and C1391-Waffles (F), both with an estimated age of nine months old, C1392-Coco (M) with an estimated age of seven months old, were rescued by Anima on 19th January 2017, after a call from IACM asking Anima to help those animals that have been placed for adoption for long time without success. Anima and IACM are cooperating to rescue and save more stray animals! They were all neutered and vaccinated. C1388-Nacho had an amputation and a surgery to fix her broken arm and will stay under observation until she recovers. C1389-Popcorn is completely blind and needs time to adjust to the new environment. She will stay in a room for a while. All others are free in our Cat’s...

Anima–January Rescue (C1386-Tebbie)!

<18-01-2017> C1386-Tebbie (M), with an estimated age of four years old, was rescued by Anima on 18th January 2017, after a call from Ms. Peng reporting that her neighbor passed away few days ago and left three cats, which no one taking care of them. There is a gap from the door of the flat from which the cats can come out and search for food. Ms. Peng and the neighbors set up a trap and Tebbie was caught today. They are trying to catch the remain cats and we will collect them once they are caught. Tebbie was checked by our vet and deworm and is under quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise now.
