December Rescue and Temporary foster(Snowball)!

Snowball (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 28th December 2017, after a call from Ms. Xia reporting that a Bichon Frise pure breed was found in the bushes under the pedestrian bridge of Seac Pai Van crossing.
No microchip was founded.
We are able to find our member, Mr. Chan, to foster Snowball temporarily.
