Anima-December New Dog under SPP (SPP1950-Yellow)!

<16-12-2017> SPP1950-Yellow (M), around one year old, is  under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 16th December 2017, after a call from Mr. Yeong reporting that he found an injured dog in a site. SPP1950-Yellow is living in the same area of SPP1935-Keelan and SPP1936-Keanna, all are taking care by Ms. Peng. We set a trap over there and we will be informed when SPP1950-Yellow is caught. Anima–Return to Place (SPP1940-Jagna)!

<15-12-2017> SPP1939-Jahid (M), SPP1940-Jagna (F) and SPP1941-Jaleh (F), on the time all around seven months old, were under our Special Protection Program (SPP) and were rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Choi on 22nd November 2017. We were informed by Ms. Choi that SPP1940-Jagna disappeared from their site on 11th December. SPP1940-Jagna showed up on 13th December and we were able to catch her. She was sent to a clinic for fasting. She was spayed and was returned to her former place today. Ms. Choi is responsible for her in that area. Anima will support the food and the medical care when necessary. Thanks Ms. Choi! Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Anima–Return to Place (SPP1932-Camelia)!

<15-12-2017> On 14th October 2017 after a call from Ms. Peng, the mother dog SPP1927-Cambria (F), around one year old and her seven puppies, SPP1928-Cadmus (M), SPP1929-Cadoc (M), SPP1930-Cadogan (M), SPP1931-Cade (M), SPP1932-Camelia (F), SPP1933-Camryn (F) and SPP1934-Carita (F), on the time all around three months old,  all stayed under our Special Protection Program (SPP) together with another two dogs, SPP1935-Keelan (F) and SPP1936-Keanna (F), on the time both around six months old. We were informed that SPP1932-Camelia refused to eat for two days and her others sibling also have the same problem on 11th December. SPP1932-Camelia was sent to a clinic. According to the vet, she has a strongly canine parvovirus and she has only 30% chance for survival. SPP1932-Camelia stayed in the clinic under treatment. Today we are informed by the clinic that SPP1932-Camelia is doing well. She may have antibody of canine parvovirus which caused her canine...

Anima–December Adoption (561-Brownie)!

<14-12-2017> Brownie was adopted by Mr. Govender on 14th December 2017! 561-Brownie (M), around eight years old now, was rescued by Anima on 17th July 2011, after a call from Ms. Fatima reporting that she found a dog near City Plaza. Brownie has been adopted several times in the past but we was not lucky. We wish this time Brownie find his real family. Thanks Mr.Govender! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–December Rescue (C1805-C1808)!

<14-12-2017> C1805-Sila (F), C1806-Silja (F), C1807-Suki (F) and C1808-Sliver (M), were rescued by Anima on 14th December 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. They were all desexed by IACM. All of them stay at Cats' Paradise. Anima and IACM are cooperating in order to save as many animals as possible! Thanks IACM! Please help us to help them! Anima–December Adoption (1906, 1907)!

<13-12-2017> Magic and Honour were adopted by Kerry and Catherine and they were exported to France through HK! 1906-Magic (F) and 1907-Honour (F), both around four years old, were rescued by Anima on 14th July 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that two greyhounds were sent to them by Canidrome for adoption. 1906-Magic and 1907-Honour were licensed by us in IACM. They stayed with us temporarily until they were capable to fly to Europe. 1906-Magic is going to France and after to UK and 1907-Honour is going to France. A new and happy life is waiting for them. Anima is trying its best to save all greyhounds and find them a new home. They deserve a better life! Thanks Kerry and Catherine! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–MUST visited us!

<11-12-2017> Today, 23 people visited us, four of them were from Macau University of Science and Technology that came to interview us at our Dog Shelter about greyhounds in Macau! Our Anima President Mr. Albano was  interviewed by the students! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to November 2017, Anima received 8,497 visitors, an increase of 32.6% as compared with the same period of last year. 127 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 35.1%, and we have been in 30 events organized by friends or by us!
