Anima–Return to her home (SPP1485-Hac Mui)!

<23-12-2017> SPP1485-Hac Mui (F), was rescued by Anima on 27th June 2015, after a call from the staff of a friendly association asking us to help Hac Mui as a lump was found hanging from her stomach. She was sent to a clinic immediately for surgery. She was under our Special Protection Program since that day. On 2nd September 2016, we were informed that the appetite of Hac Mui was not good, she was vomiting and there was pus coming out from her vulva as well. Hac Mui was sent to a clinic. She had a pyometra. She was submitted to a surgery to remove the uterus and ovaries and stayed in the clinic for few days. She was returned to her former place on 4th September 2016. Anima–Return to her home (SPP1406-Money)!

<23-12-2017> SPP1406-Money (F), under our Special Protection Program since 7th February 2015, when she was around 4.5 years old, lives in a friendly association, somewhere in Coloane. We were informed that SPP1406-Money was sick on 7th December. Blood test showed that SPP1406-Money has parasitic infections and she might also have kidney problems. She was sent to a clinic for second opinion. SPP1406-Money has skin problem, heart problem and little fluid in her lung. She stayed in the clinic for treatment since then. She got better and is returning to her place. We will keep an eye on her every day. Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! December New dogs under SPP (SPP1954-SPP1962)!

<21-12-2017> The mother, SPP1954-Oceana (F), around two years old, with her eight puppies, SPP1955-Oringo (M), SPP1956-Orion (M), SPP1957-Osmar (M), SPP1958-Owen (M), SPP1959-Orton (M), SPP1960-Otis (M), SP01961-Olga (F) and SPP1962-Ohanna (F), all around two months old,  now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), were rescued by Anima after a call from Mr. Di on 21st December 2017. They live in a site of Macau. Mr. Di is responsible for them in that area. Anima will support the neuter, food and the medical care for them. Thanks Mr. Di! Please help us to help them! Anima–December Rescue and Returned (1951-Kobe)!

<19-12-2017> 1951-Kobe (M), around 13 years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th December 2017, after a call from Institute for Social Affairs reporting that someone  passed away recently and his dog was left behind because the relatives and friends were unwilling or unable to take care of him. We found that 1951-Kobe has a microchip and we contacted IACM to help. The fact is 1951-Kobe’s owner, Ms. Elisabete, has reported to IACM that her dog was missing since July 2016. Ms. Elisabete came to pick up 1951-Kobe to home. Please always remember to register your pet! Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Anima–December Adoption (1944-Durian)!

<18-12-2017> Durian was adopted by Mr. Gibson on 18th December 2017! Seven puppies, 1942-Ditte (F), 1943-Diza (F), 1944-Durian (F), 1945-Daylen (M), 1946-Dickson (M), 1947-Domingo (M) and 1948-Dominic (M), on the time all are around 2.5 months old, were rescued by Anima on 2nd December 2017 in the morning outside our shelter. They were in a cage and abandoned. As our shelter was completely full, we could only send them to IACM for a while. All of them were collected back from IACM on 7th December and stayed with us. Today 1944-Durian was adopted. Thanks Mr. Gibson! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–Successful story (1877-Gerry)!

<18-12-2017> Gerry was adopted by Mr. Carlos on 10th November 2017! 1877-Gerry (M), was rescued by Anima on the 7th May 2017, when he was around two years old, after a call from Mr. Cheong reporting that a poodle, 1877-Gerry, was found in the tunnel of Portas do Cerco at around 3 a.m. that morning and he was unable to move. He had no microchip. 1877-Gerry was sent to a clinic for consultation. An X-Ray showed the left hind leg was fractured. 1877-Gerry has recovered from the surgery on his leg and was adopted. Anima-Our Lady of Fatima Girl’s school visited us!

<17-12-2017> Today, 38 people visited us, seven of them were from Our Lady of Fatima Girl's school that came to our Cat’s Paradise as volunteers! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to November 2017, Anima received 8,497 visitors, an increase of 32.6% as compared with the same period of last year. 127 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 35.1%, and we have been in 30 events organized by friends or by us! Anima-Temporary Accommodation (C1607-Candy)!

<17-12-2017> C1607-Candy, is now accommodated in Anima for nine days, until 25th December 2017. C1607-Candy (F), on the time with an estimated age of 1.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd June 2017, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that a kitten was found alone near Cemitério da Nossa Senhora da Piedade. C1607-Candy was checked by our vet and dewormed. She was fostered by our staff Ronaldo temporarily as she needed milk feeding. Candy was adopted by Ms. Lao on 2nd September 2017! Anima–December Adoption (1949-Santiago)!

<16-12-2017> Santiago was adopted by Ms. Julia on 16th December 2017! 1949-Santiago (M), around eight months old, was rescued by Anima on 4th December 2017 from IACM. 1949-Santiago was caught by IACM on 21st November 2017 and he has stayed in Macau Kennel for 14 days since then.
