Anima – Sheng Kung Hui Youth Center Visited Us!

<01-09-2016> Today, 37 people visited us, nine of them were from Sheng Kung Hui Youth Center! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2015, we had 5,768 visitors an increase of 4.7% as compared with 5,511 in 2014! This year, up to August 2016, Anima received 4,703 visitors, an increase of 23.86% as compared with the same period of last year! Anima – September Rescue (C1271, C1272)!

<01-09-2016> C1271-Kimchi (F) and C1272-Miso (M), both around two months old, were rescued by Anima on 1st September 2016, after a call from Ms. Ng reporting that two kittens were found in Edf. Fai Sam Kok. Our rescue team arrived the place and noted also that the mother was with them. The residents claimed that two other kittens were found dead from starving few days ago and one other kitten body was found in the building upon arrival, probably he fall down from the building. The mother escaped and we will set up a trap to catch her tomorrow. Kimchi and Miso were brought to Anima, Miso’s right eye was infected and could barely open. Both were fostered temporarily by our cat supervisor Ms. Peng as they need observation. Thanks Ms. Ng and Ms. Peng! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – August Sad News (C348-Lei Lei)!

<29-08-2016> C348-Lei Lei (M), was rescued by Anima on 21st May 2012, after a call from Ms. Wu reporting that a cat was crashed by a car near Kiang Wu Hospital. Lei Lei recovered from the car accident and stayed with us since that. Unfortunately he had chronic renal failure and got very weak, dehydrated and skinny. His blood test results was getting worse as well. He was suffering a lot! After a discussion  with the vet, and approval by two of  our board members, we made a sad decision to put him sleep. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – 28th August, Adoption Day in Flower City!

<28-08-2016> Beginning from February 2016, Anima is holding two adoption days outside Anima on the second and last Sunday of every month. Around 130 people have visited us today at Flower City! We were supported by nine volunteers, Lily, Iris, Cherry, Martha, Kevin, Teresa, Lulu, Taki and Eva and we took ten of our dogs. Thank you all for your big support! Please do not buy, Adopt! Anima – August Adoption (H006-Sum Sum)!

<28-08-2016> Sum Sum was adopted by Ms. Ho on 28th August 2016! H006-Sum Sum (F), and H005-Dim Dim (M), around four months old, together with three new born babies H007-Tic Tic, H008-Tac Tac and H009-Toe Toe, were rescued by Anima on 6th July 2016, after a call from Ms. Muk, a cleaner in Edificio Wang Son. She found H005-Dim Dim, H006-Sum Sum, H007-Tic Tic, H008-Tac Tac and H009-Toe Toe in a cage abandoned in the garbage room with a note. H006-Sum Sum was the mother of H007-Tic Tic, H008-Tac Tac and H009-Toe Toe. They were collected by us and H005-Dim Dim was staying in a separated cage, while H006-Sum Sum was staying with the three babies in another cage! Anima – August Adoption (C1221, C1222)!

<28-08-2016> Rob and Robbie were adopted by Mr. Chong on 28th August 2016! C1221-Rob and C1222-Robbie, on the time around 1.5 months old, were rescued by Anima on 20th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Rosário reporting that they were found in a street and still needed milk feeding. C1221-Rob and C1222-Robbie were fostered by our Treasurer Connie temporarily. They stayed with us until now- Thanks Mr. Chong! Please help us to help them! Please adopt and never buy! Anima – Rotaract Club of Macau Central Visited Us!

<27-08-2016> Today, 38 people visited us, 12 of them were from Rotaract Club of Macau Central! Ten bags of dog dry food were donated by them. Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! Anima – August Adoption (1719, 1722)!

<27-08-2016> Kennis and Kassie were adopted by Mr. Walsh on 27th August 2016! SPP1710-Mui Chui II (F), around 1.5 years old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd April 2016, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng informing that she was found pregnant somewhere in Coloane. An ultrasound showed that the fetus were already approx. seven weeks old. So we have decided for keeping the puppies! 1719-Kennis and 1722-Kassie together with 1718-Kimon,1720-Kuni, 1721-Konya, 1723-Komie, 1724-Kolm, 1725-Kulee and 1726-Kerin were born on 11th May 2016. Anima – August Adoption (C1260-Harley)!

<27-08-2016> Harley was adopted by Ms. Jessica on 27th August 2016! C1260-Harley (F), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 9th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Dou reporting that a kitten was lying on the street, shaking and not able to move outside Rio Hotel. Harley was collected to Anima and checked by our vet. She was severely dehydrated and in low temperature. She was fostered by our cat supervisor Ms. Peng as she needed close observation. Anima – August Adoption (C1175-Valentina)!

<26-08-2016> Valentina was adopted by Ms. Laurinda Pereira on 26th August 2016! C1175-Valentina (F), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd April 2016, after a call from Mr. Fernando around 9:30 pm, reporting that she was found in Estrada do Coelho do Amaral and she was extremely dehydrated, full of fleas and very weak. Mr. Fernando took her to a clinic immediately. C1175-Valentina stayed in the clinic for observation and backed to Anima shelter when she was getting better! Valentina stayed with us until now.
