Anima–March Sad News (C2232-Holly)!

C2232-Holly (F), around four years old, was rescued by Anima on 10th November 2019, when she was brought to our Cats’ Paradise by Ms. Chan, claiming that she has been feeding her but found people putting rat poison where Holly lived and it could be dangerous for her.
C2232-Holly was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise!
Recently, Holly was sent to a clinic, as our staff reported that her spirit and appetite was not good.
Blood test results showed severe anemia, mild inflammation and jaundice.
Her liver also was swollen.
Suspected the anemia was caused by an autoimmune problem. Steroids were prescribed and Holly had to be hospitalized.
According to a vet, euthanize was suggested previously to end her unhealthy condition of life and suffering.
Holly passed away today.
