Anima–December Adoption (C2432, C2434)!

<21-12-2020> Claire and Cooper were adopted by Mr. Tam! C2432-Claire (F), C2433-Camilla (F), C2434-Cooper (M), C2435-Caleb (M) and C2436-Camden (M), all around two and a half months old by the time, were originally found on a cardboard Cashier at the University of Macau, near the playground. Eventually, the kittens were rescued by the I.A.M and Anima agreed to rescue them if they did not find an adopter. The five kittens were welcome to our Cats' Paradise. Anima–December Rescue (C2458-Mac Mac)!

<22-12-2020> C2458-Mac Mac (M), a cat about two years old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd December 2020, after a call from Mr. Chu informing that a cat was hiding under the kiosk in the bus parking area at the Macau Tower. The place was narrow, and he was having trouble getting him out. Mr. Chu thought the cat had been hit by a car and had seen him limping before. Our rescue team managed to catch him, and Mac was taken to a clinic. Fortunately, the x-ray results show no fracture and he will be discharged tomorrow, being welcome in our Cats’ Paradise. Anima-December Sad News (C2153-Misawa)!

<22-12-2020> Our cat, C2153-Misawa died today. Her health condition had been getting worse since last month when she started getting lethargic and losing weight. After consultation at a private clinic, she improved slightly, but she continually needed to be fed by force and never fully regained her weight. Today, Misawa was found very weak and immediately sent to a clinic. Unfortunately, her overall prognosis was bad and irreversible. Following the veterinary medical advice and consent given by several members of Anima's board, Misawa was euthanized at the clinic as an attempt to reduce her suffering. R.I.P. our dear friend! Anima–December Rescue (C2457-Tuga)!

<22-12-2020> C2457-Tuga (F), a cat about seven months old, was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Cheong reporting that a loud meowing could be heard from the garage of the Consulate General of Portugal in Macau. Our rescue team was mobilized and having gathered all authorizations, managed to access the indoor car park where a cat trap was set. The cat was rescued and is healthy. Tuga was directly welcomed into our Cats' Paradise. We are grateful for the help of Ms. Cheong and all consular staff who made this rescue possible. Please help us to help them! Anima–December Rescue (C2456-Harriot)!

<22-12-2020> C2456-Harriot (M), a cat around four years old, was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Lam reporting that a skinny cat with both eyes closed was roaming near a warehouse on Ilha Verde. Our rescue team visited the site and rescued Harriot, who, due to the weakened condition, had to be immediately referred to a private clinic. Harriot had severe eye discharge, with ulcer, nasal discharge and was extremely dehydrated. He will be hospitalized for a few days. Thank you for your alert, Mrs. Lame! Please help us to help them! <18-12-2020> C2448-Sydney (M), around one year old and C2449-Darfu (M), around two years old, were rescued by Anima on 18th December 2020, after a call from IAM reporting that they were out of space for cats. Rescue Team brought C2448-Sydney and C2449-Darfu to Anima already vaccinated and with microchip. Both were welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, IAM! Please help us to help them! Anima–December Rescue (C2447-Pixel)!

<17-12-2020> C2447-Pixel (M), around one and a half months old, was rescued by Anima on 17th December 2020, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that she heard a kitten crying inside the drainage in Taipa Grande park. She asked us help. Our Rescue Team caught him through patiently wait outside of the drainage, until he decided to appear to eat our cat food in a can. Anima–December Rescue (C2446-Watkins)!

<15-12-2020> C2446-Watkins (M), around five months old, was rescued by Anima on 15th December 2020, after a call from someone reporting that  a cat, C2446-Watkins, was meowing in the whole morning in the building R. da Ribeira do Patane 52J, Edf. Hou Kuong and suspected that C2446-Watkins was trapped or fell from some place to the ground floor. The person asked our help. Rescue Team arrived the site and found C2446-Watkins on the 1st floor of the building, and he was between the rooftop of the window-cage and the AC box. C2446-Watkins had been there meowing for long time. He is wearing a blue collar and no microchip was found. Rescue Team brought C2446-Watkins to Anima and he is now welcome to our Cats’ Paradise.
