Anima–June Rescue (C1600-Fern)!

<16-06-2017> Today we reached officially 1600 cats rescued by us! Officially, because there was a period of around two years time that few information was left to the organization. Now everything is properly planned, organized, leader and controlled! All daily occurrences are properly registered! This year Anima will finish the conversion all its files into e-files and will contribute more effectively to a green planet! C1600-Fern (F), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 16th June 2017, after a call from Ms. Lei, informing that she caught a cat in Av. Panorâmica do Lago Sai Van. C1600-Fern was very skinny and was in the middle of the road. Ms. Lei manage to catch C1600-Fern and put it in her bag. When our rescue team arrived they had to recapture C1600-Fern as the bag had no zipper. She was checked by vet, dewormed and sent to Cats’ Paradise for...

Anima–June Adoption (C1544-Dallas)!

<15-06-2017> Dallas was adopted by Ms. Ng on 15th June 2017! C1544-Dallas (M), was rescued by Anima on the 24th May 2017, aging around two months old, after a call from Ms. Leong, informing that she has been hearing a kitten crying for a couple of days above her apartment in Rua Dois do Bairro Va Tai and no sign of the mother cat. She asked us for help. We went to check and contacted the fire department for help. C1544-Dallas was rescued. He was now adopted. Thanks Ms. Ng! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–June Adoption (C1435-Nike)!

<15-06-2017> Nike was adopted by Mr. Lei on 15th June 2017! C1435-Nike (M), with an estimated age of eight months old, was rescued by Anima on 27th February 2017, after a call from Mr. Ao reporting that a cat was found by his neighbor in the building of Edificio Kuong Long. Nike seemed couldn’t move but there was no fracture on his leg according to our vet. He was now adopted. Thanks Mr. Lei! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–June Rescue (C1599-Wasson)!

<15-06-2017> C1599-Wasson (M), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 15th June 2017, after a call from Mr. Chou, informing that a cat was found in Rua da Pedra, Coloane, and his hind legs were paralyzed. A student found him this morning and put him in a box but left him on the sideway, so Mr. Chou decided to bring C1599-Wasson to Cats’ Paradise for help. C1599-Wasson was checked by our vet, de-wormed and sprayed with Frontline. His both hind legs are paralyzed. A X-Ray will be done. Thanks Mr. Chou! Please help us to help them! <15-06-2017> C1598-Quy (M), around three days old, was rescued by Anima on 15th June 2017, after a call from Ms. Lee, informing that a cat was found in Rua do Tarrafeiro. She collected C1598-Quy as it was raining. She asked us to help. C1598-Quy was checked by our vet and fostered by our assistant supervisor Ms. Peng temporarily as he needs milk feeding. Natalie and Leonie of Macau Anglican College visited us!

<14-06-2017> Today, five people visited us, two were Natalie & Leonie of Macau Anglican College that came for volunteer work. Thanks for your strong support! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to May 2017, Anima received 4,297 visitors, an increase of 31.4% as compared with the same period of last year. 50 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 22%, and we have been in 17 events organized by friends or by us, an increase of 13.3%! Anima–June Rescue (C1597-Superman)!

<13-06-2017> SPPC1597-Superman (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 13th June 2017. SPPC1597-Superman was found abandoned on 8th June 2017. He was brought to Anima for consultation and was de-wormed. He was sneezing with eyes discharge. SPPC1597-Superman was fostered by Michele temporarily and he is available for adoption now. Anima–June Rescue (C1594 to C1596 and R034)!

<13-06-2017> C1594-Amani (F), C1595-Alkan (M), C1596-Anniko (M), all around two years old and a rabbit, R034-Ricki (F), around one year old, were rescued by Anima after a call from IACM reporting that they need space for the rescue of cats and rabbits and ask us to adopt them. They were all castrated and vaccinated by IACM. They were checked by our vet and de-wormed. All were delivered to Anima Cats’ Paradise. Thanks IACM! June New Cats Born and Sad News (C1591 to C1593)!

<12-06-2017> C1519-Alma (F) and C1520-Allie (F), around two years and one year old, respectively, were rescued by Anima on the 9th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Sandy, reporting that she took them home yesterday and asked us if we could take to Anima all the cats she feeds in Guia as she found many have been poisoned there. They were brought to Anima, checked by our vet and de-wormed. C1519-Alma has severe gingivitis and upper respiratory problems and was pregnant. She was breathing hard with yellowish nasal discharge and was dehydrated. She was staying in V8 under treatment. C1591-Aliana (F), C1592-Apollo (M) and C1593-Ayden (M) were born by C1519-Alma last night. C1593-Ayden passed away. C1519-Alma is staying in V6 with the two kittens, C1591-Aliana and C1592-Apollo.
