Anima–November Rescue (C2655-Justice)!

<04-11-2021> C2655-Justice (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 4th November 2021, after a call from IAM reporting that there was no more space for stray cats. They asked our help. Anima–November Adoption (C2631-Largo)!

<04-11-2021> Largo was adopted today by Ms. Cheng! C2624-Alicia (F), C2625-Vargas (F), C2626-Mariko (F), C2627-Morass (F), C2628-Diablo (M), C2629-Flying Tiger (M), C2630-Falcon (M), C2631-Largo (M), C2632-Zola (M), C2633-Beetle (M) and C2634-Tyrant (M), all around six weeks old by that time, were rescued by Anima on 11th September 2021. The rescue happened after a call from Ms. Chan, who reported to have found the kittens abandoned in a cardboard box at Fortaleza do Monte. They were firstly sent by our team to a clinic for a check-up, as some of them seemed to be struggling to breath. After consultation, all were welcomed into Cats’ Paradise. <04-11-2021> 2409-Echo (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 4th November 2021, after a call from IAM reporting that there was no more space for stray dogs. They caught him on 8th September 2021 and now asked our help. Our Rescue team went there and brought him. 2409-Echo was welcome to our Dogs’ Shelter! Anima-November Adoption (C2637-Bess)!

<02-11-2021> Bess was adopted today by Ms. Lei! C2637-Bess and C2638-Basia, both females around one month old, plus C2639-Barton, a male around four months old, were rescued by Anima on 5th October 2021, with the help of the fire department. After a call from Mr. Jorge reporting that he saw a black kitten fell from the height and hit on the ground in an abandoned house in Tv. da Praia Grande, the kitten seems not moving well and he was weak after falling. He asked us help. As this is a private property, Anima asked for cooperation to other responsible security entities. The three kittens were rescued with the help of Fire Department and IAM. C2637-Bess, C2638-Basia and C2639-Barton were rescued, and they were sent to a clinic where they became hospitalized. Fortunately, Falcon found the love of a new family today! Anima-November Adoption (C2608, C2612)!

<01-11-2021> Aurora and Fortuna were adopted today by Ms. Choi! C2608-Aurora, C2609-Venus, C2610-Valcan, C2611-Juno and C2612-Fortuna, all newborns, were rescued by Anima on 15th August 2021, after a box with five kittens be left at our entrance and be found by one of our staff when he came to work in the early morning. They were immediately cleaned and warmed with towels. C2608-Aurora, C2609-Venus, C2610-Valcan, C2611-Juno and C2612-Fortuna were sent to a vet clinic for treatment and care, while Anima was trying to find who was the irresponsible person. This case was reported to IAM and PSP to help us. Hope there is no next time, and the person can become aware of the consequences, changing this attitude into some respect. Anima-November Sad News (C2219- Moochie)!

<01-11-2021> C2218- Mia (F), around one and a half years, C2219- Moochie (M), around one year and C2220- Marley (M), around six months in the past, they were rescued by Anima on the 14th October 2019 from IAM due to lack of space. Anima–November Rescue (C2654-Millard)!

<01-11-2021> C2654-Millard (M), around two and a half years old, was rescued by Anima on 1st November 2021, after a Facebook message from Mr. Ao Ieong, saying that there was a very skinny cat, C2654-Millard, wandering at Patio do Pagode, who sometimes would stay too nearby cars. He asked us for help. Rescue team went there and found Millard. He was rescued and sent to a clinic. According to the vet, Millard is very dehydrated, blood test only shows anemia. He also did a trio test, where results were positive for feline infectious virus (FIV). Although a little unstable, C2654-Millard could come later and be welcome to our Cats’ Paradise! Anima–Foster Family (C2649-Donki)!

<31-10-2021> Our cat Donki is now under the foster care of Ms. Joana and Mr. Kelsey! C2649-Donki (M), around one year old, was collected by Anima on 23rd November, 2021. On this date, we received a call from the Fire Services Bureau reporting to have rescued a cat in the balcony of a building at Estr. de Coelho do Amaral. Donki had severe wounds on his back and was immediately sent to a clinic. The wound might have been caused by corrosive liquids or hot water. He remained hospitalized and recovered. Anima–October Rescue (C2652-Cheronna)!

<31-10-2021> C2652-Cheronna (F), a cat around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 31th October 2021. We received a call from Ms. Lam reporting that a cat entered to her balcony in Kuong Heng Building. Cheronna was rescued and directly sent to a clinic, as she was found very skinny and seemed to have a foreign object stuck in the oral cavity. She will remain hospitalized for the time being.
