Anima-March Rescue (2353-Coco)!

<19-03-2021> 2353-Coco (F), around 14 years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th March 2021, after being abandoned by the owner as she produced a musty smell due to severe skin problem and old age. 2535-Coco was licensed in Macau Kennel today. She had a consultation in I.A.M. and she was diagnosed with severe heart disease. A blood test was done, and the result indicated that she has anemia and infections. 2353-Coco was immediately sent to a clinic where she will be hospitalized. Thanks, IAM! <18-03-2021> The body of B203-BBQ, an adult dove, was rescued by Anima on 18th March 2021, after our rescue team found the body in Estrada de Hac Sa near the Hac Sa reservoir, during our daily feeding activities. Anima-March Rescue (C2554-Anthony)!

<19-03-2021> C2554-Anthony (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 18th March 2021, after a call from Ms. Sofia reporting that her cat trapped another cat, Anthony, from Trail near Ocean Garden (Plum Court). She lost her cat Congee on 7th March 2021, and last seen running to the trail near Ocean Garden Plum Court. C2554-Anthony was collected by rescue team and welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Anima–March Adoption (C2523-Akio)!

<17-03-2021> Akio was adopted by Ms. Reis, today! C2523-Akio (M), around six months old, and C2524-Manki (M), around seven months old by the time, were rescued by Anima from Rua Dois do Bairro Iao Hon on 13th February 2021. These cats were rescued to ensure their safety following last shocking reports of several cats found dead in the area. Akio and Manki were both welcomed into our Cats’ Paradise. These rescues were part of an extensive rescue operation in progress in Iao Hon and Anima was counting with the support of I.A.M. Akio was adopted by Ms. Reis, today! Thanks, Ms. Reis! Anima-March Rescue (B202-Studio)!

<17-03-2021> B202-Studio (M), an adult crested myna bird, was rescued by Anima on 17th March 2021, after received a call from Ms. Lou asking for help as she found an injured bird B202-Studio under some motorcycles in Avenida de Cotai. When rescue team arrived, Studio seems to be only flying very low and could not stand and sit properly. B202-Studio was sent to a clinic where he will be hospitalized until full recover. Anima–March Adoption (C2457-Tuga)!

<17-03-2021> Tuga was adopted by Mr. Teixeira, today! C2457-Tuga (F), a cat about seven months old by then, was rescued by Anima on 22nd December 2020, after a call from Ms. Cheong reporting that a loud meowing could be heard from the garage of the Consulate General of Portugal in Macau. Our rescue team was mobilized and having met all the needs, managed to access the indoor car park where a cat trap was set. The cat was rescued and was considered healthy. C2457-Tuga was then consulted and welcomed into our Cats’ Paradise. Today, Tuga found a forever home! Thanks for adopting, Mr. Teixeira! Please help us to help them! <15-03-2021> C2552-Amos (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 15th March 2021, after received a call from Ms. Sofia asking for our help as her cat (Congee) was missing since 7th March 2021 from Taipa Ocean Garden (Plum Court). Congee was last seen running to the trail near Ocean Garden. Ms. Sofia also set up cat traps in that area to see if there was a chance to get back Congee. C2425-Keith (M), around one month old, was rescued by Anima on 11th November 2020, after we received Facebook message from Ms. Fong referring that her neighbor tied a kitten outside on a nylon string again and it was happening the second time. <14-03-2021> C2132-Iliah (M), a cat around one year old at the time of the rescue, was collected by Anima on 5th June, 2019 from IAM (Macau Kennel), as they had reached their maximum capacity. He was welcomed into our Cats’ Paradise and would be adopted in May of 2020. Today, Iliah was returned to our shelter by the adopter, as the family was no longer able to assure his basic care.
