Anima–November Adoption (2222-Cocoa)!

<04-11-2020> Cocoa was adopted by Mr. Edimar, today! 2221-Brandy (F), 2222-Cocoa (F), 2223-Cinnamon (F), 2224-Mocha (F), 2225-Nugget (M), all around one and a half month old and 2226-Peanut (M) near two months old by the time, were rescued by Anima from Macau Kennel (I.A.M.) on 24th January 2020. They were caught by I.A.M. in Estrada Militar (Coloane) two weeks before. All were welcome in our Dog Shelter and 2222-Cocoa was fostered on 19th May 2020. Cocoa was adopted today by Mr. Edimar! Anima-Shiu Pong College (UM) helped us!

<04-11-2020> Today, we were visited by 10 people who were from Shiu Pong College (University of Macau) and helped us in our Cats’ Paradise with internal work of Anima! Anima-Shiu Pong College (UM) visited us!

Anima–November Adoption (C2359-Cici)!

<03-11-2020> Cici was adopted by Mr. Kwong, today! C2359-Cici (F), around four months old at the time, was rescued by Anima on 18th June 2020, after a Facebook message from Ms. Lei reporting that she found a kitten on R. de São José under heavy rain. She took the kitten to her home temporarily, but she was unable to take care of her for long term. Our rescue team was mobilized and collected the kitten. C2359-Cici was then welcomed at our Cats’ Paradise! Today, Cici was adopted by Mr. Kwong! Thanks, Mr. Kwong! Please, Adopt and never buy! Anima-November Sad News (C1625-Sunnie)!

<01-11-2020> C1625-Sunnie (F), around five years old by the time, was rescued by Anima on the 2nd July 2017, after a call from Ms. Cheong reporting to have rescued two cats in Guia Hill, when she heard there were some people poisoning the cats. Initially, she took care of them, for around a month, but she would later find out to suffer from allergies, by which she asked us if we could take them. Sunnie was then welcomed at our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, Sunnie had been suffering from kidney and liver problems. Her health worsened severely this last week and her condition was already irreversible. Following veterinary medical advice and consent given by several Anima board members, Sunnie was euthanized in an effort to shorten her agony. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–October Rescue (2309-Kimchi)!

<30-10-2020> 2309-Kimchi (F), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 30th October 2020, after we received a call from Ms. Sophie reporting that she found a dog, 2309-Kimchi, lying on the grass area of the pedestrian road. Kimchi was inactive, breathing fast and unconscious near the roundabout of a Coloane’s car track. Ms. Sophie asked us help. Rescue Team went to the place and Kimchi was sent to a clinic immediately. During the trip, she had two strong seizures. X-ray and blood test in the clinic showed that everything is fine, but vets suspect she has neurological problem. 2309-Kimchi stays in the clinic under observation and medical care.
