Anima–April Adoption (C1681-Bonnie)!

<10-04-2018> Bonnie was adopted by Ms. Lei on 10th April 2018! C1681-Bonnie (F), was rescued by Anima on 28th July 2017 when she was around two years old, after a call from Ms. Mak reporting that an injured cat was found in the building of Edf. Yau San. There was a big wound on her back at that time. Now C1681-Bonnie has recovered and was adopted! Thanks Ms. Lei! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–April Rescue and Sad News (C1876-Minnie)!

<09-04-2018> C1876-Minnie (F), around five months old, was rescued by anima after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that a kitten, C1876-Minnie was found dying in the Flora Garden. She asked us for help. C1876-Minnie was sent to a clinic immediately. She had low temperature and low blood pressure. Unfortunately, C1876-Minnie passed away during the examination in the clinic. Anima-Umac Shiu Pong College visited us!

<08-04-2018> Today, 51 people visited us, seven of them were from Umac Shiu Pong College that came to our Cats’ Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2017, we had 9,251 visitors an increase of 23% as compared with 7,519 in 2016! 137 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us. We were in 34 events organized by friends or by us! This year, up to March 2018, Anima received 2261 visitors, 25 groups of schools, companies and associations and we have been out in three events! Anima–April Rescue (SPP1935-Keelan)!

<08-04-2018> SPP1935-Keelan (F),  under our Special Protection Program since 14th October 2017 when she was around eight months old, was rescued by anima after a call from Ms. Peng informing that SPP1935-Keelan was lethargic, paralyzed and with seizures. SPP1935-Keelan was sent to a clinic immediately. The result showed that she has Canine Distemper. SPP1935-Keelan has to stay at the clinic for close observation and treatment. Thanks Ms. Peng! Anima–April Sad News (177-Jollie)!

<07-04-2018> 177-Jollie (F), was rescued by Anima in 2006 and was around twelve years old now. She was one of the dogs that staying with us for long time! 177-Jollie had kidney problem and was rechecked by our staff recently. We found that her condition was getting worst. 177-Jollie was sent to a clinic. The report showed that a tumor was found near her rectum. She had kidney failure with severe anemic. There was no way to improve her condition. After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put her sleep. Last decision belongs always to the President of Anima, and it is not an easy decision! R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! <07-04-2018> B093-Flash was rescued by Anima on 7th April 2018, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a baby pigeon, B093-Flash fell down outside of his shop and was unable to fly.
