Anima – July Rescue and Sad News of B016-Coal!

B016-Coal was rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2015, after a call from Mr. Fung. He was not able to fly! Mr. Fung took care of him in the night before and asked afterwards our help. Anima – July Rescue and Sad News (SPP1474-Oprah)!

As the images are too strong we will not disclose Oprah completely destroyed by a car at Altinho de Ka Ho. Please see her few days before she dies! SPP1474-Oprah was rescued already dead by Anima after a call from Catarina referring that she saw her dead in  Altinho de Ka-Ho near Anima. She was completely destroyed. Oprah lived in a safe area but was moved by the people who manages that area to a different and  risky place! Anima helped to fix the gate to avoid other puppies there to go out night time! Anima – July Rescue (1504-Dorian)!

1504-Dorian was rescued by Peter that called us. He found Dorian last night in Hac Sa. Peter is one of our many friends. He has adopted 1298-Veronica from Anima. Emma, the wife of Peter, took the animal to Anima for us to check the microchip as this is always the  first thing we  do! Dorian had a microchip and after contacted IACM the owner will collect her at Emma & Peter's house! Thanks Emma and Peter for your kind gesture! This is what we call responsible community members! Anima – July Rescue (SPP1503-Jayne)!

SPP1503-Jayne, around four months old, was rescued by Anima during the feeding time as she was vomiting. She ate some poison, may be a poisonous plant. She was delivered immediately to a clinic as she had internal bleeding and needs to stay there overnight. She is now under our Special Protection Program! Please help them helping us! SPP1308-Ford was rescued by Anima after a call from our volunteer Ms. Lorus reporting that SPP1308-Ford had a wound on his shoulder. Anima – July Rescue and Sad News (C1001-Vasco)!

C1001-Vasco was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Cheong reporting that a cat was found in Rua do Campo and it may be hit by a car as he was bleeding and paralyzed. C1011-Vasco was sent immediately to a clinic. An X-ray showed the right femur was broken. He couldn’t move at all! He passed away in the clinic! R.I.P. my friend! Never abandon your pet! Anima – SPP1426-Roxana Rescued as she missed us!

SPP1426-Roxana was found with a cut on her paw, during our rescue team daily supervision on April 16, 2015. She has returned to her home on July 7, 2015! However she missed us a lot as the last days she pays us a visit daily “asking” for coming back! As that area is very dangerous and she really missed us we decided to keep her forever, unless adopted! Now she is only 1426-Roxana! Please help us adopting! Be a SPP volunteer! Anima – July Rescue (1502-Saskia)!

1502-Saskia was rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Zheng reporting that a dog was found limping in Rua do Visconde Paço de Arcos (Near Bridge 16). Saskia had difficulties to move. 1502-Saskia was sent to a clinic immediately for an X-Rays. The result showed she has not a fracture but a hernia. Anima – July Rescue and Return(C485-Ohara)!

This is clearly a case of cruelty! Ohara how she was and how she is now! Someone adopted Ohara on 25 April 2015 and without notice to us just abandoned her. The adopter tells that she was lost, but didn't care to inform us! Do you believe that? We should like to post the face of the adopter and her boyfriend but our policy do not allows us to do that. It is a young couple that should be ashamed. Anima rescued today Ohara after a call from Ms. Lei reporting that a skinny cat was found in a carton box at Istmo Ferreira do Amaral (Near Escola Choi Nong Chi Tai). Our cats’ supervisor identified immediately C485-Ohara when she arrived.
