<19-11-2021> SPP2412-Echo (M), around two years old and SPP2413-Monki (M), around three years old, are under our Special Protection Program (SPP) now. SPP2411-Will (M), around five months old, became under our Special Protection Program (SPP) yesterday. They are under Mr. Che’s responsibility in a Ka-Ho Workshop. Anima–November Return (SPP2410-Testi)!

<17-11-2021> SPP2410-Testi (M), a puppy around nine months old, was rescued by Anima on 16th November 2021 and he is under our Special Protection Program. Anima received a call from Mr. Tog reporting that SPP2410-Testi got injured near Pac On. He asked us to help. SPP2410-Testi was sent to a clinic for consultation. His testicles were ruptured and need a surgery. Anima helped with the castration in this situation and SPP2410-Testi was returned safely to his place today. Thanks, Mr. Tog! Anima–November Rescue (C2658-C2662)!

<14-11-2021> Five cats were rescued by Anima on 14th November, 2021: C2658-Lolita (F), a British shorthair around 12 years old; as well as C2659-Chantel (F), around three and a half years old; together with her three-month-old kittens C2660-Gumpty (F), C2661-Humpty (M) and C2662-Dumpty (M). Last week, we received a Facebook message from a non-resident worker reporting to have six cats at home in Rua de S. Jose. She claimed to be unable to afford taking care of them and stated that her roommate left her the two adult cats three years ago, when she returned to her home country. Chantel hadn’t been spayed and, as her home didn’t have window protection installed, she had access to the outside of the house. Anima–November Rescue (T035-Bobby)!

<08-11-2021> T035-Bobby (M), a young turtle, was rescued by Anima on 8th November 2021, after a call from one of our community members, Ms. Carla, reporting that a small turtle was found on the gutter in the Patio where she works on Calçada da Igreja de São Lázaro by her colleague. She asked our help. Our Rescue team went there and brought T035-Bobby. He was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise, in a proper pound that Anima has for aquatic animals. Thanks, Ms. Carla! Anima–November Rescue (C2656-Roofie)!

<06-11-2021> C2656-Roofie (F), a kitten around five and a half months old, was rescued by Anima on 6th November, 2021. We received a Facebook message from Ms. Michelle reporting that her friend found and collected a cat on the canopy of a building in Rua de Pedro Coutinho. According to Ms. Michelle, Roofie had been staying there for a week already and no one claimed to be her owner. Roofie was then welcomed into our Cats’ Paradise. Please help us to help them! Anima–November Rescue (C2654-Millard)!

<01-11-2021> C2654-Millard (M), around two and a half years old, was rescued by Anima on 1st November 2021, after a Facebook message from Mr. Ao Ieong, saying that there was a very skinny cat, C2654-Millard, wandering at Patio do Pagode, who sometimes would stay too nearby cars. He asked us for help. Rescue team went there and found Millard. He was rescued and sent to a clinic. According to the vet, Millard is very dehydrated, blood test only shows anemia. He also did a trio test, where results were positive for feline infectious virus (FIV). Although a little unstable, C2654-Millard could come later and be welcome to our Cats’ Paradise!
