Anima – City University of Macau has Visited Us!

<08-03-2017> Today, 63 people visited us, and two groups of 27 people from City University of Macau visited our two shelters, donating a lot of food! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to February 2017, Anima received 1,714 visitors, an increase of 25.8% as compared with the same period of last year! Anima-UMSU FBASA helps Anima!

<07-03-2017> UMSU FBASA (University of Macau Students' Union Faculty of Business Administration Students' Association) will launch an event “You are my garden party” on 10th March 2017 from 12:30-21:00 at UM Central Avenue! There will have applications for adoption and sponsorship of dogs, different kind of booths and shows, waiting for you! Anima will hold a booth on that day as well. Anima – March Rescue (SPPC1128, SPPC1181, SPPC1436)

<07-03-2017> SPPC1128-Maxi was rescued by Anima through Michele, when we was around nine months, on 19-02-2016, and came back to Anima on 7 March 2017 for consultation. SPPC1181-Davian, was rescued by Anima through Michele on 29th April 2016, being around one month old and came back to Anima on 7 March 2017 for consultation. SPPC1436-Cally (F) was rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 27th February 2017, with an estimated age of one year old and came back to Anima on 7 March 2017 for consultation. Davian has gingivitis and feel pain when eats. The gums were very red and inflamed. The gums of SPPC1128-Maxi were even bleeding. Both stayed in Anima for observation! SPPC1436-Cally was getting skinny! All are under our Special Protection Program (SPP)! Thanks Michele! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–March Adoption (C1370-Beanee)!

<05-03-2017> Beanee was adopted by Mr. Ng, Kai Ieong on 3rd March 2017! C1370-Beanee (F), with an estimated age of 2.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 27th December 2016, after a call from Ms. Tai reporting that she found a kitten under her car. Ms. Tai couldn’t keep Beanee as she had one cat at home already. Beanee was checked by our vet and dewormed. She was staying in our Cat Paradise until now. Thanks Mr. Ng! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–March Foster (1727-Sophia)!

<04-03-2017> Sophia was fostered by Ms. Sonia! 1727-Sophia (F), around four years old, was rescued by Anima on 14th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Lao reporting that he found a poodle in Rua Dois da Cidade Nova de Toi San without collar and leash. We found that Sophia had a microchip. She had a skin problem, and several illnesses, including two mammary gland tumors. It was not a good prognosis as she needed surgery to remove them as soon as possible. Her right ear was infected and seemed very painful. She was staying in our vet area and now 1727-Sophia (F), is being fostered by Ms. Sonia, the adopter of 1349-Go Go and 1350-Wang Wang. Sonia is interest to adopt 1727-Sophia!
