Anima–May Sad News (C2448-Sydney)!

Our cat Sydney has passed away today.
C2448-Sydney (M), around one year old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 18th December 2020 from IAM, as they reported to have run out of space. He was then welcomed into our Cats’ Paradise.
A few weeks ago, Sydney was found skinny, lethargic and taken to a clinic for consultation. He was suffering with abnormal abdominal fluids and was tested positive for PCR FCoV. There were also suspicions that he was infected with FIP.
Despite all medical care, his health condition continued to deteriorate. Following veterinary medical advice and consent given by several Anima board members, Sydney was euthanized in a clinic in an effort to shorten his agony.
