Anima–August Return (C1607-Candy)!

<11-08-2020> C1607-Candy (F), with an estimated age of one and a half month old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 22nd June 2017, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that a kitten was found alone near Cemitério Nossa Senhora da Piedade. On 2nd September 2017, C1607-Candy was adopted by Ms. Teng. Today, Ms. Teng came to our Cats’ Paradise and asked Anima to collect her back as the family cannot keep her any long. Anima–August Adoption (1625-Wallace)!

<10-08-2020> Wallace was adopted by Ms. Gergens, today! 1625-Wallace, 1626-Walmond and 1627-Wardell, all two weeks old by the time, were rescued by Anima on 6th January 2016, after a call from Mr. Billy, our vice-president, reporting that Ms. Ian referred to him that they were alone, as several mothers in a construction site were caught by IAM. Those puppies had to come to Anima as the Pets Shop contacted by Ms. Ian could not feed them night time! They have been in our Dog’s Shelter until now. Wallace was adopted by Ms. Gergens, today! Anima-Macau Flying Eagle visited us!

<07-08-2020> Today, we were visited by 82 persons, of which 66 were from Macau Flying Eagle Association divided into two groups of 30 students and three teachers each at our Cats’ Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! Until the beginning of August 2020, we have welcomed 5,833 visitors, compared with 4,387 in the same period last year! Anima–August Sad News (234-Dalton)!

<06-08-2020> 234-Dalton is one of our friendly and oldest dogs in the shelter. On 21st July 2020, Dalton’s abdomen was swollen (ascites), full of fluid inside. Dalton was sent to an outside clinic for consultation. Fluid was extracted and it was suspected that he has a liver tumor. Blood test results showed also, anemia and kidney failure. According to the vet, Dalton was suffering to much already. Today, 234-Dalton passed away in Anima. R.I.P., my friend! Never Abandon your pets!
