Anima–December Abandonment (C2442-Aladdin)!

<07-12-2020> C2442-Aladdin (M), around one and a half year old, was rescued by Anima on 7th December 2020, after a call from IAM reporting that there was an abandonment of a cat (British Shorthair) because the owner could not afford vet expenses as C2442-Aladdin has kidney problems and might need a surgery later. C2442-Aladdin was licensed in Macau Kennel today, received the rabies vaccination and he was sent to a clinic for further examination. An ultrasound image indicated that urinary crystals were forming in the urine which then irritate the bladder lining and causing a blockage. C2442-Aladdin will be hospitalized in the clinic, under fluids and medical care. Thanks, IAM! Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! <06-12-2020> B183-Rayden, a pigeon, was found by our Rescue team unable to fly near Royal Hotel Macau. He was directly sent to a clinic but, sadly, wouldn’t be able to survive. R.I.P.! Anima-December Sad News (C499-Freeda)!

<06-12-2020> C499-Freeda (F) has passed away today. Freeda was rescued on 02/06/2013, after being found sick at Complexo Municipal do Mercado de S. Lourenço and, since then, had been staying in our shelter. Recently, she started suffering from anemia and kidney problems. Sadly, and despite all medical treatment, her condition got worse and she passed away today. R.I.P. our dear friend! Never Abandon your pets! <05-12-2020> Ken was fostered by Ms. Elisa today! C2397-Ken (M), born on 03/08/2014, was rescued by Anima on 22/09/2020 from Macau Municipal Kennel. According to I.A.M., C2397-Ken was originally rescued at Estrada Governador Albano de Oliveira on August 3rd, 2020, by someone who brought him to Macau Kennel. Ken suffers from heart disease and pancreatitis and needs special care. From now on, he will be under Ms. Elisa’s temporary foster care. Thank you, Ms. Elisa! Please help us to help them! Anima-December Adoption (C2423-Cloudy)!

<05-12-2020> Cloudy was adopted today by Ms. Ip! 2423-Cloudy (M), around three months old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 6th November 2020, following a facebook message reporting that one kitten was rescued near Marine and Water Bureau, after being found bleeding from his nose and eye. The rescuers suspected that he had been ran over by a car. They asked us for help, since the family already had two cats and couldn't keep him. Our Rescue Team collected Cloudy directly to a clinic. Cloudy would recover well and stayed at our Cats’ Paradise until now. Today, C2423-Cloudy was adopted by Ms. Ip! Thank you, Ms. IP! Please help us to help them! Anima–December Rescue (C2441-Phoenix)!

<04-12-2020> C2441-Phoenix (F), around six years old, was rescued by Anima on 4th December 2020, after we received a facebook message from Ms. Cheang reporting that there was a cat unable to move and lying on the road in Trav. dos Alfaiates. Someone passed by and gave a towel to the cat, saying that the cat came out from the construction site beside that area. Our rescue team went to the site and found the cat barely moving. C2441-Phoenix was sent to a clinic for consultation immediately. She was severe dehydrated. According to the vet, Phoenix will need to be stable before they can make something else. Anima-December Sad News (C1479-Marfy)!

<04-12-2020> C1478-Marlo (M), born on 21st March 2013, C1479-Marfy (F), born on 23rd February 2014, C1480-Mukki (F), born on 14th March 2014 and C1481-Muji (F), born on 1st January 2015, were rescued by Anima after a call from IACM reporting that as they have no space, those cats were now prepared to go to Anima. They were all neutered, micro chipped and vaccinated. All were welcome to Anima and then delivered to Cats’ Paradise. C1479-Marfy got sick, recently and she is receiving subcutaneous fluid every day. Unfortunately, her condition got worst and she died in our Cats’ Paradise this morning. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–December Rescue (C2440-Eden)!

<03-12-2020> C2440-Eden (F), around 10 weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd December 2020, after our staff found out that there are many stray cats near Bairro das Missões and I.A.M. was also working to catch them. Eden is the sickest kitten with heavy ocular discharge. Our Rescue team picked up her first and brought her to our clinic. C2440-Eden is now welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks, I.A.M.!
