Anima–May Rescue (2271-Pekkle)!

<09-05-2020> 2271-Pekkle (M), around one day old, was rescued by ANIMA on 9th May 2020, after a call from Ms. Chou informing that 2271-Pekkle was found in a trail of Rede de Trilhos do Nordeste de Coloane with his body full of flies, when she was hiking. Ms. Chou brought him immediately to Anima. 2271-Pekkle was clinically observed and now temporarily fostered by our staff member, Ms. Zoe,  for milk feeding. Thanks, Ms. Chou and Ms. Zoe! Anima–May Rescued (C2334-Aunty Yin)!

<08-05-2020> C2334-Aunty Yin (F), around 3 years old, was rescued by Anima on 8th May 2020, after we received a call from IAM reporting that they don’t have more space. She has microchip, was vaccinated and neutered in IAM on 24th January 2020. C2334-Aunty Yin is welcome now in our Cats’ Paradise. Anima and IAM cooperate in order to save as more animals as possible. Anima–May Rescue (SPP1500-Otto)!

<07-05-2020> SPP1500-Otto (M), around eight years old, has been under our SPP program since the 16th July 2015, in Hac Sa Beach (Coloane). Otto received medical support by Anima, on the 7th May 2020, when our rescue team noticed that he was injured in a leg. The wound was taken care right away! Please help us to help them! <05-05-2020> B148-Tugtug, an adult dove, was rescued by Anima on the 5th May 2020, after our rescue team finish to check a house in Edf. Helen Garden, Coloane area. Anima–May Rescue and Return (SPP2241-Ah Mui)!

<02-05-2020> SPP2241-Ah Mui (F), around 12 years old and under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 9th March 2020, was rescued by Anima on 9th April 2020, after a call from Mr. O referring that SPP2241-Ah Mui had an eye problem. After diagnosis, it was suspected that SPP2241-Ah Mui had Blepharitis on the left eye and also Fungal Infection (Skin Problem) on the tail. She was sent to a Clinic for further examination as there was not improvement. Medical exams showed that Ah Mui’s right eye had swelling cornea and suspect her left eye had a cataract. Today, Ah Mui went to a clinic after treatment and she is better according to vet. SPP2241-Ah Mui was returned to A-Ma Temple (Barra) after consultation. Thanks, Mr. O! Please help us to help them! <01-05-2020> C2331-Quest (F), around 1 year old, was rescued by Anima on the 1st May 2020, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that in her residential building EDF. Wa Mau San Chun private garage in Av. Leste do Hipódromo, there was an injured cat. She asked us help. Our rescue team set up a cat trap and Ms. Leong informed us that the cat went inside. Anima–April Rescue (C2326; C2327; C2328; C2329; C2330)!

<28-04-2020> C2326-Nash (M), C2327-Nell (F), C2328-Nami (F), C2329-Nita (F) and C2330-Neda (F), all around 18 days old, were rescued by Anima on the 28th April 2020, after a call from Ms. Cheng reporting that herself and colleagues found five kittens in Hac Sa Beach area. The mother cat had passed away recently with rat poison. All the kittens were consulted and now stay in our Cats’ Paradise. C2330-Neda will be fostered by Mandy for a while. <27-04-2020> B147-Morgan, a wild young hawk-cuckoo, was rescued by Anima on 27th April 2020, after a call from Mr. Alahakoon informing us that a young bird, B147-Morgan, was found at R. da Patinagem and he was unable to fly. Anima–April Rescue (C2322, C2323, C2324)!

<25-04-2020> C2322-Quin (M), C2323-Quinta (F) and C2324-Queeny (F), all kittens around 2 weeks old, were rescued by ANIMA on 25th April 2020, after received a case referral from AniHelp – Oscar regarding that 3 kittens were found directly on the ground and under bushes by Mr. Lao at Jardim de Luís de Camões. He asked us to help. They are very weak with hypothermia, eyes discharge and yellowish nose discharges.
