Anima – July Adoption (C1220-Ribena)!

<16-07-2016> Ribena was adopted by Ms. Tam on 16th July 2016! C1220-Ribena (F), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th June 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan around 11:30 pm reporting that a cat, C1220-Ribena, was found in the car park of Tong Wa San Chun and was not able to move. She was sent by Anima immediately to a clinic for an X-ray, and stayed there overnight for observation. She was recovered and now was adopted! Thanks Ms. Tam! Please help us to help them! Anima – July Adoption (C1206-Vick)!

<16-07-2016> Vick was adopted by Mr. Chan on 16th July 2016! C1206-Vick (M) and C1207-Viggo (M), one month and  three weeks old, respectively, were rescued by Anima on 27th May 2016, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that two kittens were abandoned in a container outside Paróquia de Fátima in  Macau. We picked them up and they were checked by our vet. They were weak, skinny and dehydrated. Viggo was in worst situation as he had fleas all over his body and hypothermia. Both of them were taken care by our cats’ supervisor Ms. Peng temporarily as they needed milk feeding. Now Vick was adopted! Thanks Mr. Chan! Please help us to help them! Please adopt and never buy! Anima – July Sad News (1678-Leanna)!

SPP1669-Loi Loi, under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 12th March 2016 after a call from a lady reporting that SPP1669-Loi Loi and SPP1670-Angel were two of the 28 dogs that she has been taking care of in her house, and both of them needed to be spayed. Anima has been supporting food and medical care for all of her dogs since 17th April 2014. This is a distressed situation that we do not advise anyone to deal with! SPP1669-Loi Loi and SPP1670-Angel were delivered to a clinic for de-sex surgery. SPP1670-Angel was spayed and returned to her in good condition. However, SPP1669-Loi Loi was found pregnant and she had to stay in Anima temporarily to give birth. SPP1669-Loi Loi gave birth to six puppies on 20th March 2016, 1677-Layla, 1678-Leanna, 1679-Lavon, 1680-Lavar, 1681-Lawton and 1682-Lawson. 1677-Layla was born with abnormality and she had cleft palate. Anima – 10th July, Adoption Day in Lok Yeong Fa Yuen!

Beginning from February 2016, Anima is holding two adoption days outside Anima on the second and last Sunday of every month. Around 15 people have visited us today at Lok Yeong Fa Yuen! We were supported by six volunteers, Lily, Cherry, Martha, Iris, Brenda and Teresa and we took seven of our dogs. Thank you all for your big support! Please do not buy, Adopt!
