This is her brief story: C916-Kimmy that was rescued by Anima on March 27, 2015 pregnant in a car shop at Rua Três do Bairro da Areia Preta got kittens on 6th May 2015: C943-Kate, C944-Kori and C945-Krish. Return of dogs (SPP1588-Jacey and SPP1589-Jacoba)!

SPP1588-Jacey and SPP1589-Jacoba was rescued by Anima on 24th November 2015, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng. They were put under our Special Protection Program. Jacey and Jacoba were taken to a clinic for observation and blood test as it seems they have eaten poison. They were anemic and after recovered and de-sexed returned today to their former place. Thanks Ms. Ah Peng! Please don’t be cruel to animals! De-sex your pets! Anima – December Accommodation (1432-Meeny)!

1432-Meeny was rescued by Anima on March 13, 2015 together with 1431-Eeny, 1433-Miny and 1434-Moe, two males and two females, after a call from Mr. Tse, regarding 7 (seven) puppies that were born in a construction site somewhere in Macau. Three of them were already taken by adopters (?), the mother disappeared and they were not able to keep the puppies there. Meeny, one of the puppies, was adopted by Joel on 28th June 2015! Donation from IFT event on 18th November 2015!

“The 6th Macau Slow Food Awards & Gala Dinner “ was organized by IFT and was held on 18 Nov 2015 at IFT Education Restaurant. The amount of the income, after deducting the costs, reached MOP 31,117.91 and will be donated to ANIMA! Several ANIMA donation boxes were placed inside the campus (both Macau Campus and Taipa Campus) from 2 Nov to 18 Nov and were at the entrance of the event. The dinner was prepared by the students and the Anima President has attended. It was a wonderful dinner! Anima – December Adoption (C1038-Lorcan)!

Please see Lorcan when rescued and now with the new family! C1038-Lorcan was rescued by Anima on 21st September 2015, after a call from Ms. Filomena reporting that a kitten was found sick in Patio da Sé. Anima took good care of him, even with so many cats in a very crowded cat area (162 cats only inside Anima)! He became a very beautiful cat! We have four to five staff for taking only care of cats! This is not really enough, specially when we have a cat flu or many animals rescued in very bad shape! Our vet bill reaches in some months around 100,000 patacas! Now Lorcan was adopted by Ms. Chow! Anima – Mong Ha Community Center visited us!

Today 40 people visited us, 12 from Mong Ha Community Center! More and more visitors come to Anima! Last year we have 5,511 visitors as compared with 5,032 visitors in 2013, an increase of around 9.5%! In 2015, up to the end of November, we had 5,318 visitors an increase of 5.1% as compared with 5,059 in the same period of 2014! 57 groups of schools, associations and companies have visited us!
