Anima–June Rescue (C1899, C1900)!

<03-06-2018> C1899-Gared (M) and C1900-Garet (M), both  around two days old, were rescued by Anima on 3rd June 2018, after a call from Ms. Sou reporting two newborn kittens were found in Parque Municipal da Colina da Guia. She asked us for help. C1899-Gared and C1900-Garet were sent to a clinic immediately. They were lethargic and covered with maggots over necks, ears and the umbilical cord area. They are staying at the clinic for milk feeding and observation. Thanks Ms. Sou! Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Anima-Escola Sao Paulo visited us!

<02-06-2018> Today, 60 people visited us, 22 of them were from Escola São Paulo that came to our Cats’ Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2017, we had 9,251 visitors an increase of 23% as compared with 7,519 in 2016! 137 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us. We were in 34 events organized by friends or by us! This year, up to May 2018, Anima received 4039 visitors, 63 groups of schools, companies and associations and we have been out in eight events! Anima–June Adoption (2022-Kuromi)!

<02-06-2018> Kuromi was adopted by Mr. Chan on 2nd June 2018! 2022-Kuromi (M), was rescued by Anima on 23rd April 2018 when he was around one year old, after a call from our vice president Guy Lesquoy referring a case of his friend Mr. Daniel, who found a Schnauzer dog, 2022-Kuromi,  with a black harness near Jardim Hoi Wai Taipa. He has no microchip. 2022-Kuromi has stayed with us and was now adopted. Thanks Mr. Chan! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–June Rescue and Sad News (S019-Whisper)!

<01-06-2018> S019-Whisper was rescued by Anima on 1st June 2018 and was already dead inside a dog pen. One of our dogs of pen 15C was bitten by a snake S019-Whisper inside a dog pen in the afternoon. However, S019-Whisper was killed by other three dogs that living in the same pen. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima–May Rescue (C1898-Peko)!

<31-05-2018> C1898-Peko (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 31st May 2018, after a call from an old man Mr. Lee who is almost 80 years old, asking us to collect his cat. C1898-Peko was rescued by Mr. Lee at Rua de Cinco de Outubro near his shop some years ago. Now he informed us he cannot take care of his cat. We lent a container to him and caught C1898-Peko. C1898-Peko was checked by us and dewormed. He has minor scratches on both hind legs. C1898-Peko is staying at Cats’ Paradise for quarantine. Please help us to help them! Anima–May Rescue (C1897-Voltie)!

<30-05-2018> C1897-Voltie (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 30th May 2018, with the help of Ms. Lei and her friends at Rua da Felicidade at night time. They saw C1897-Voltie fell down from a building and got injured. They sent him to a clinic and asked us for help. C1897-Voltie has no fracture but his hind leg muscle got strained. Anima–May Rescue (SPP1485-Hac Mui)!

<30-05-2018> SPP1485-Hac Mui (F),  under our Special Protection Program since 27th June 2015 when she was around eight years old,  was rescued again by Anima on 26th May 2018, after a call from the staffs of a friendly association asking us to help SPP1485-Hac Mui as they found a lump hanging from her stomach. SPP1485-Hac Mui was sent to a clinic for examination. According to the vet, SPP1485-Hac Mui was suspected having Mammary Gland Tumor. Today we pick her up and prepared her for a surgery at a clinic. Anima–May Sad News (C1496-Sue)!

<29-05-2018> C1496-Sue (F), was rescued by Anima on 15th April 2017 when she was around two years old, after a call from Ms. Hoi reporting that a cat, C1496-Sue was found with a tumor. She was sent to a clinic for a surgery to remove the tumor from her paw. C1496-Sue has staying with us since that time. On 11th April 2018 she was diagnosed with renal problem. On 24th May 2018 her condition went down. C1496-Sue was under dripping and needed force feeding. She was very weak with no movement. After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put her sleep.
