Anima in ‘Mês da Divulgação Jurídica destinada a jovens’!

<13-11-2021> Anima attended the closing ceremony of the ‘Mês da Divulgação Jurídica destinada a jovens’, within the scope of the activity “Novo Espaço para a Generalização do Direito 2021”. The event took place at the auditorium of Saint Paul School and around 100 people were present. The initiative intended to reinforce youth's awareness of legal knowledge and compliance with the law. It was organized by the interdepartmental monitoring group of "Política de Juventude", consisting of twelve government departments: IAM, DSEJ, DSEDT, DSAJ, DSAL, CPSP, SPU, PJ, IC, IAS, SS and DSPA. Anima is within the institutions who received the certificate of appreciation for its participation. We are grateful to the organizers of this initiative! Anima-UGAMN visited us!

<13-11-2021> Today, we were visited by 53 people, of which 13 were from 'Uniao Geral das Associações dos Moradores de Macau'! The group had the chance to visit our Dogs’ Shelter and gave us a helpful hand walking our furry friends. Thank you for your visit and support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! Anima–October Rescued and Deceased (C2651-Honest)!

<31-10-2021> C2651-Honest (M), a cat around six months old, was rescued yesterday by Anima, after a call from Mr. Ehrlich reporting to have seen a sick cat on the pathway behind the bus stop of Macau University Campus. Our team was mobilized immediately and found him weak and with deep wounds on his neck and leg. Honest stayed hospitalized in a clinic overnight but, sadly, has passed away today. R.I.P.! Anima-October Rescue and Sad News (C2650-Creamy)!

<28-10-2021> C2650-Creamy (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 28th October 2021, after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that that a cat, C2650-Creamy falling from heights at Travessa da Corda, Edf. Fok Neng. According to Mr. Wong, there is a witness who was parking the motorcycle in that area and saw the cat fell off from the building of Edf. Fok Neng. Unfortunately, C2650-Creamy was passed away before our Rescue Team arrived. Her nose and mouth were bleeding. Anima–October Rescue (C2649-Donki)!

<23-10-2021> C2649-Donki (M), a cat around one year old, was rescued by Anima on the 23rd October, 2021. The rescue took place after a call from the Fire Services Bureau reporting to have collected a cat in the balcony of a building at Estr. de Coelho do Amaral. Donki had severe wounds on his back and was immediately sent to a clinic by our team. The wound might have been caused by corrosive liquids or hot water. He will remain hospitalized under treatment for the time being. Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Never abandon your pets! Anima–October Rescue (C2642, C2643)!

<15-10-2021> C2642-Kiwi (M), around four years old, and C2643-Jess (F), around one and a half years old, were rescued by Anima on 15th October 2021, after a call from IAM regarding no more space for cats. Kiwi and Jess were vaccinated, and they had microchip from IAM. Both were welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Anima and IAM cooperate in many of these situations to help as many animals as possible. Anima-A kind donation from Galaxy Entertainment Group!

<21-09-2021> Galaxy Entertainment Group donated MOP80,000 to Anima today! Throughout the years, Galaxy has remained a huge supporter of our cause and their assistance has made all the difference. To celebrate, 21 GEG Volunteers visited our shelters on September 10th, for a formal cheque presentation. All volunteers interacted cheerfully with our animals and had the chance to learn a bit more about Anima’s work. The group also generously donated 18 boxes of bath robes! Anima–September Rescue (2400, 2401, 2402, 2403, 2404)!

<14-09-2021> Five puppies were rescued by Anima today! 2400-Max (M), 2401-Potter (M), 2402-Esme (F) and 2403-Florence (F), all around three months old and 2404-Snow (F), around four months old, were rescued on 14th September 2021. by Anima, after a call from IAM. They were diagnosed with Babesia (Tick Fever) and are now under treatment in our Dogs’ Shelter. Thank you, I.A.M., for your cooperation! Please help us to help them!
