Anima–March Sad News (FM004-Evelyn)!

<18-03-2020> A Family of three fancy mouses, the mother, FM001-Haisley (F), around one year old; the father, FM002-Harper (M), around one year old and the baby, FM003-Eesley (F), around 3 months old, were rescued by ANIMA on 7th March after a call from Mr. Lao reporting that he found three fancy mouses abandoned near a public garbage bin at R. Nova da Areia Preta (Nam Wa San Chun). He asked us to help. FM001-Haisley, FM002-Harper and FM003-Eesley were separated because the mother was pregnant. On 16th March 2020, FM001-Haisley gave birth to FM004-Evelyn. The baby passed away today in our Dog Shelter. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–March Sad News (SPPC2287-Lollie)!

<18-03-2020> SPPC2287-Lollie (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 5th February 2020, through Ms. Michelle. On 17th March 2020, SPPC2287-Lollie was sent to a clinic for consultation. The results showed higher index levels of her kidney compounds, she was anemic and she had an infection. Today, she passed away in Cats’ Paradise due to a suspected heart attack. R.I.P. my friend! Anima–March Sad News (897-Haily)!

<13-03-2020> 897-Haily (F), around nine years old now, was rescued by Anima after a call from IACM reporting that there was a group of 25 dogs living in the same house. Those dogs have been given birth between themselves and generally they are not healthy pets. Haily was welcome to our Dogs’ Shelter since then. On 10th March 2020, 897-Haily was a little lethargic, having eyes discharge and watery nose as well. She made a blood test where the results showed that she was anemic with blood infection, high index levels on kidney and liver. 897-Haily was sent to a clinic for consultation once she was unable to move by herself. She had Septicemia, as bacterial infection in the bloodstream causes inflammation in the body and also facing a life-threatening complication. Anima–January Sad News (C1919-Brassica)!

<31-01-2020> C1919-Brassica (F), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 2nd July 2018, after a call from Mr. Lam saying that he cannot keep his cat C1919-Brassica. He asked us for help. The cat was collected and lives in Anima, since then. C1919-Brassica was found lethargic and skinny by our staff, yesterday morning. The results of her blood test showed positive for Pancreatitis, Feline Corona virus (FCoV) and Feline Leukemia virus (FeLV). She passed away in Anima today. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–January Rescued and Deceased (2220-Thyler)!

<23-01-2020> 2220-Thyler (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on the 23rd January 2020, after several calls reporting a dog hit by a car near the airport. We our rescue team arrived, Thyler was severely injured but was still alive. He was immediately sent to the clinic but ended up passing away as soon as he arrived to the clinic due the amour of blood lost. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets!
