Anima–January Adoption (SPP1691-Tiger II)!

<20-01-2018> SPP1691-Tiger II was adopted by Mr. Jason on 20th January 2018! SPP1691-TigerII (M), was under our Special Protection Program since 28th March 2016, when he was around four years old. He was living in a construction site and our rescue team was responsible for him. He was found not eating, getting skinny in the past. SPP1691-Tiger II was sent to a clinic for consultation and to a tick fever test on 28th March 2016. The test result indicated positive. SPP1691-Tiger II stayed in Anima (V0) temporarily for medication, was released on 6th May 2016 when considered ok and came back again on 11th June 2016. He stayed with us for treatment and he has totally recovered. SPP1691-Tiger II was adopted today. Thanks Mr. Jason! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–January Rescue and Sad News (C1823-Julita)!

<20-01-2018> C1823-Julita (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima already dead on 20th January 2018, after a call from our staff reporting that a cat body was found outside the store in Rua da Praia do Manduco. We collected the body to be delivered to Macau kennel. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–January Adoption (C1649-Kai)!

<19-01-2018> C1649-Kai was adopted by Ms. Ip on 19th January 2018! C1649-Kai (M), was rescued by Anima on 20th July 2017, when he was around five years old, after a call from our board member Mr. Francisco Leandro, reporting that there were around 10 cats in a Hotel in Macau in very bad situation. The hotel’s staff helped us to catch the cats. We have provided a trap! C1649-Kai was caught and has stayed with us until now. Thanks Ms. Ip! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–January Rescue (SPP1981-SPP1984)!

<19-01-2018> SPP1981-Nata (F) and SPP1982-Nakato (F), both around two years old, SPP1983-Nariko (F), around one year old, SPP1984-Nasya (F), around four months old,  under our Special Protection Program now, were rescued by Anima on 19th January 2018, after a call from Mr. Cheang reporting that some dogs needed to be spayed, in a site of Macau. SPP1981-Nata was caught and delivered to a clinic for fasting as tomorrow she will be spayed. Thanks Mr. Cheang! Please help us to help them! Anima–January Adoption (SPPC1614-Ada)!

<18-01-2018> Ada was adopted by Mr. Lam on 18th January 2018! SPPC1613-Abela (F) and SPPC1614-Ada (F), were under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 26th June 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa, when they were around three months old. SPPC1614-Ada has stayed with us and was adopted on 8th December 2017. However, we were informed by the adopter that a family member has an allergic reaction and was confirmed by the doctor that it's caused by the cat. These are the human doctors we have in Macau! SPPC1614-Ada was returned to us on 7th January. Today SPPC1614-Ada was adopted again! We wish her good luck this time. Thanks Mr. Lam! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–January Rescue (SPPC1711, SPPC1825)!

<18-01-2018> SPPC1711-Abigail (F), was under our Special Protection Program, when she was around four months old, after rescued by Anima on 12th September 2017, by a call from Michele reporting that a kitten needed medical support. SPPC1711-Abigail had high fever with sonorous breathing, ocular discharge and upper respiratory tract infections. She was back to her place after medication prescribed. SPPC1825-Ubon (F), around eight months old, under our SPP Program now, was rescued by Anima on 18th January 2018, after a call from Michele reporting that a cat needed to be spayed. Rescue and Cooperation with IACM (1980-Pinta Preta)!

<17-01-2018> 1980-Pinta Preta (M), around four years old, was rescued by Anima on 17th January 2018, after a call from Mr. Luis reporting that IACM was trying to catch a dog near airport since 23rd November because he was chasing the cars. 1980-Pinta Preta was caught by IACM on 5th December. He stayed in the kennel for quarantine and neuter. He was transferred to Coloane Kennel today and is under our staff management. All animals in Coloane Kennel have play times as this is a principle in Anima. No animal is caged. IACM and Anima are cooperating in order to avoid the killing of so many animals. Anima–January Sad News (C1815-Lenna)!

<16-01-2018> C1815-Lenna (F), was rescued by Anima on 30th December 2017, when she was around three months old, after a call from Mr. Cheng reporting that a kitten was found dying in his building of Edificio San Mei On. C1815-Lenna was very weak with head tilt, drooling, and both eyes had an infection. She was sent to a clinic immediately. She needed to stay in the clinic overnight for observation. According to the clinic, she was diagnosed with cat flu, herpes virus and later infected with parvovirus. We were informed by the clinic that there was nothing much they could do for C1815-Lenna. As she began to enter in suffer, after discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put her sleep. Last decision belongs always to the President of Anima, and it is not an easy decision! R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to...

Anima–January Sad News (910-Lara)!

<16-01-2018> 910-Lara (F), around six years old now, with her mother 911-Lucy, two sibling, 908-Kimberly and 909-Lala, were rescued by Anima on 22nd September 2012, after a call from Ms. Anita reporting that some dogs needed our help. 908-Kimberly and 909-Lala passed away on October 2012 due to tick fever. 910-Lara and 911-Lucy stayed with us since that day. 910-Lara had been getting skinny no matter how much she ate. She was diagnosed having diabetes for over half a year. She was sent to several clinic for treatment but her condition was still on and off. 910-Lara had been fighting so long for spending more time with us. She was found having bloody diarrhea, difficulty to breathe and not able to move today. She also had seizures when she was sent to the clinic. We all know that she was very tired to walk that far.
