Anima–June Rescue (SPP1713-Hac Chai II)!

<08-06-2021> SPP1713-Hac Chai II, an old dog from our Special Protection Program (SPP) and living in the kennel, was rescued by Anima on 8th June 2021, after a call from one of our handlers reporting that she found him peeing blood. SPP1713-Hac Chai II was sent to a clinic. Blood test results and an X-ray showed anemia and bladder problems. Hac Chai II will be hospitalized in the vet clinic for treatment. Anima–May Rescue (SPP1512, SPP1659)!

<28-05-2021> SPP1512-Soda Biscuit (F), around seven years old and SPP1659-Cow (M), around six years old, were rescued by Anima from IAM on 28th May 2021, as their owner cannot take care of them anymore. Anima–May Rescue (SPP1902-Farley)!

<28-05-2021> SPP1902-Farley (M), around four years old, has been under our SPP program since the 23rd June 2017, under Mr. Alex’s responsibility. Today, it was reported to Anima that Farley is not eating, and he is getting skinny. SPP1902-Farley was diagnosed with a bacterial infection (Ehrlichia canis). <17-05-2021> C2583-Vista (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 24th May 2021, following a call from Mr. Lei reporting that there was a cat staying outside of BNU of Fai Chi Kei for a few days and it seems to having difficulty on breathing. <04-05-2021> C2579-Justin (M) and C2580-Marly (M), around one month old, were rescued by Anima on 4th May 2021, after a call from Ms. Carrie referring that she found two kittens inside a paper box in Bloc. Funcionários on R. da Restauração, yesterday. Ms. Carrie took Justin and Marly to a clinic and later, she left them in our Cats’ Paradise. Both are now being temporarily fostered by our staff. Anima–May Sad News (262-Roy)!

<03-05-2021> Sadly, our dog C2575-Roy (F) as passed away today. She was a senior resident of our shelter, around 14 years old. Recently, Roy had been suffering with kidney problems and anemia.
